MSNBC is considered a first tier resource, above the Drudge Report. Brilliant.

Check the manufacturers website of the product you are looking at and they will, in some cases, tell you if the online/ ebay retailers are authorized. Many times you'll find they are not, which makes that warranty deal a lie. The seller offers a "warranty" which may or may not be worth the paper it is written on or more. The truth on consumer electronics is this...the manufacturers set a minumim retail price for their dealers, and they can't/wont' as a general rule go under that price. Also, remember...very little depreciates or gets outdated as quickly as electronics. I like music as well, am a wanna be audiophile, and have sorta decided to just bite the bullet on home theater stuff. When my good stuff dies, I replace it. I get a lot of use out of it. The new stuff out there in the A/V Reciever lines are amazing "switching centers" for input systems...lots of HDMI inputs, conversions, soundstage options and true 7.1 sound. Do yer reserarch and bite the bullet. Crutchfield is a great place to get a look at your full-retail number, watch the end of year sales at places like Magnolia and Frys, and any legit online dealer, and pull the trigger when you find a good price. I have had very good luck with Yamaha A/V Recievers.

Things are gonna slowly improve until people see stuff back in stock, and then it'll drain again. I would love to find some rifle prmers too, but ain't paying the, "screw u" mark up either.

Had a beard for years, my wife loves it. ;D

I don't put any stickers on my truck...well there is one that says "Ski Sanger" on the back window, but that is it. There is no point in advertising anything. On a side note about this, it blows me away the number of cops who put the vanity license plate frames on their cars with the Call sign of their agency on them... And then send their wife and kids down the road in said car. I would never do that. It ain't like we are firemen, loved by all...

It makes sense to me. I think there are more people trying to get their act together, which is a good thing.

Colorado Law hearing live - What will happen to Magpul
SPBCTS replied to EasyEJL's topic in General Discussion
Scary people with myopic view on the world. I hope Magpul does whatever is best for their company. -
Once I find the time I have a new project. :)

Very cool idea...filing this one away. -
Shaky, and scary. It would be worth following this one to see where it goes, or where it doesn't.

So the president does shoot....how convenient!!!
SPBCTS replied to BigP623's topic in General Discussion
What a joke. About like Dukakis riding in a tank, if you remember that... Absolutely NO ONE he is trying to convince of his gun "creds" is gonna buy this. No one. -
Try, "Cigars, Whiskey and Winning-Lessons in Leadership with General Ulysses S. Grant" by Al Klatman...you'll love it.

Yes, we should do that...because fences obviously don't work. I mean, they don't work in prisons, or around nuclear facilities, or the homes of the leftest elitist pigs in D.C. So yeah, build a wall of cactus.... How long will it take to grow? Can we fly over with water and fertilizer, too? ::) Beware....we are surrounded by idiots...and they are being taught to vote..

Excellent. I am sending it everywhere...

Nope. I already know what the mainstream media sheeple think.

Very nice. But then I am a Sig Fan... My son bought a Sig AR-15 last November, it is the M400 model and I gotta tell you it is one of the nicest I've run across in awhile, the fit and finish is way up from the normal stuff you see.

Wasn't surprised by anything I saw or heard...with one exception. no offense to anyone who lives in Baltimore County Maryland, but you have a spineless political hack for a "Police Chief". Furthermore, he is a disgrace to the uniform, and has clearly forgotten the oath he, (and I) swore. I would be ashamed to call him my Chief, and sure as hell wouldn't work for a man like that. What a worthless pile of human debris.

Palmetto State has Federal gold medal match in stock!
SPBCTS replied to SPBCTS's topic in Sales and Coupons
Just FYI... I ordered some of this from them that night, and their website said 15 working days. Today I got an email notice that the product is in the shipping pipe and enroute to me. So, they are almost exactly 15 days out, and do seem to be shipping what they get when they can get through the orders. This was my first time working with them, won't be my last. Strangley, I also ordered this exact same product from Cabelas.com on November 23, when it was on sale for $19.99, and it is still backordered, with no shipping date known. Since I used a bunch of "points" on my card, there was no actual $ out of my pocket. ;D and I ain't gonna cancel the order. no way, no how. Seems strange PSA can get it out and on the way before the big "C" can... -
That officer was simply responding to training, and forgot he has no authority out of his state to ask someone for their ID. (Of course, Bloomer has gforgotten that too, sending his people into other states to do investigations without the proper courtesises and notifications) The cop was acting like a buffoon, working a protection deal for a Marxist-socialist. He apparently hasn't been trained in the VIP protection racket either. The idea is that you get your principal away from these pesky journalists, or anyone else who gets too close. You don't fall off the formation, ( leaving a hole in the coverage perimeter) and futz with some guy who might just be trying to pull you off so that his partner can put another kind of hole someplace else. You stay in formation, keeping the principal in the pocket, and get him the fock out of there. The minute that "bodyguard" put his hands on me we'd be looking for an assault case. This has fail all over it.

Lets talk about range, and glass.

Understood. The rifle lives with him, but if I am stepping up with the cash, then he is going to have to find a way to live with what I have set up for me. I like the PST and the Weaver. thanks for the feedback, guys.
