LaRue's trigger looks awesome and is machined well. Even the internal pieces are artful pieces The width feels good just dry firing but I really don't notice it working through drills. For precise shots it seems good, but will you know as I get more time on it. I have some substantial range time carved out next week and the week after so I will accelerate the review.

Not the review....but Doc, this may answer what you are asking. The MBT-2 pull weight is very similar (identical some might say) to the SSA, but it breaks more like the SSA-E. It is more crisp than the SSA. The trigger is wider so it is tough to compare pull weight by feel alone. The reset forces you to come all the way off (almost) so you have to pull almost all the way through the first stage again. It is a pronounced push off during reset, which I would love....if I was firing a heavier recoiling rifle. It is a great trigger, but at the moment it isn't doing anything better than the SSA other than having a really crisp break. Right now because of the low round count, I think the SSA is the superior trigger for in close fighting as well as precision work. I may biased because my work rifles are SSA and KAC equipped and I have exponentially more rounds through them. Once I hit 2k with this one, I may change my mind, but it will have to show me more. I figured that is when I will complete this review. I want to give this trigger a fair shake. Was it worth $125, effin A. Would Stain pay $200 for it......that remains to be seen. Because there is always someone better, faster and more accurate, I love having the element of surprise on my team. Speed and violence of action matter less when you are dealing with bullet holes in you because someone got the jump on you.

I am pretty sure (not 100%) that Glock 22s were only framed on the Gen 2 and the all the ones after.

Kinda sucks, but as 98 said they still allow concealed carry, which is how I prefer to go, anyway. I like Whataburger, but rarely go there....1 Because I don't live in Texas anymore (Florida's Whataburgers never turned me on) 2. Staying fit after 37 requires more than just a ball busting workout.... I think we will see more and more of this from the Private Businesses in the future.

Sorry I am late to the thread...been making ice cream all day. The UA are light and comfortable and if you aren't going to run, ruck or do lots of rapid directional changes, you should be fine. That being said....with a couple more bucks you can get these and they are robust.
