Just ordered this BCG my last piece to my build is hopefully here next week. Then its test fire time.

Had big BBQ for the LEOs on duty they all stopped by for and hour or so before going back on shift. No fireworks this year. Just going to hang with the fam tonight. Happy 4th guys take care and hope all rolls smooth for ya

Ya I have nothing but good things to say about SI and the little bit I have done with NEMO went great. Plus my barrel maker right there turned out awesome. Also I've been looking into getting a bolt gun built by BlackOps Precsion based out of columbia falls wich is right by kalispell says they build 1911 also but they have no Info on them. Figured I have an all Montana AR ( least all the parts I could get made in Montana ) just as well have a bolt gun or 1911 made in state as well.

Ya looks like they are building a new piston operated 300win mag called the omen overwatch. I would like just a 308 nemo gun will be headed to the west side of the state end of this month. I plan on stopping into NEMO and SI while I'm there

I was just reading that the 9310 is better then the carpenter 158. It's why N.E.M.O used the 9310 in there Omen 300 win mag. Was in the AR 15 mag. last month. Sounds like if you stick with the carpenter 158 or 9310 and it's tested you should be good. That was that guys 2cents anyway. I don't know enough either way but if they are instock when I get my new CC in the mail I'm gonna order one.

Ya I fix anything simply automotive oil changes for sure except on my new power stroke voids warranty if a shop doesn't do it. Home stuff I'll google or you tube and see if any info out there then will decide. As far as home remodeling I hire that shiv done.

I want one of these bad got money down on a SI one but im starting to wonder if it will ever get done if i had the cash this baby would be in my rifle

No DNP been so busy trying to get my calves branded i havent picked up the rifle. Im shooting winchester ranger ammo. Dont have any other spring or buffer. I tried moving gas block around and had no luck made it worse but never better. Need to up grade my allen wrench to i may not be getting block screws tight enough. thanks for all your help and suggestions. Ill keep ya posted its suppose to rain may get some time to work on it.

Ok got my new BCG today put it in rifle with a different mag. Fired one round bolt lockd back. Thought good so I try the test again. Bolt wouldn't lock back tried anther different mag same thing bolt will not lock back when fired. Going to try moving GB forward a little more. I'm running a HSS buffer and spring from Clint.

Waiting on my SI NIB BCG I was borrowing one out of my wife's work carbine thoughts i better hold off on any more testing with her BCG. In case i F something up. mine should be here today or tomorrow. Then I'll continue the testing I dicked with the gas block position so we will see here in a day or two. Thanks for the help

This is the guy I'm going to use this winter went and talked to him did a bunch of rifles for some special forces guys awhile ago plus coats a lot of Cooper and Kilimanjaro rifles. Ya thats what ill try tonight running clint's hss buffer and spring. Worked great on mid lenght. I was using a colt mag that go around

Ok so I bought a BRO complete upper slap it on my lower won't hold any sort of group with any type of ammo I'm talking couldn't hit a barn side twice kinda group. So they send me a new barrel same length it's a 18in bull barrel first one was a mid length and now this one is a rifle length. I finally get it all put together tonight and it will fire one round and then FTF every time. I have the BCG well lubed and everything seems to be working on the first round perfect ejection brass would land about 3-4 ft at the 3oclock. Just won't pick up anther round. Any info would be great guys!!
