the standard AR15 nut wrench works on very few 308 AR nuts. You should be able to find the standard dpms one, but do you know which one you need for the UTG? and you know it has to be the specific 308 version, the AR15 version of the UTG won't work

I finally picked up more of the parts for the cold smoke injector. Not quite everything, but most of it. Still need a bit of working on it and I need to fabricate the completion of the top and some legs. I could actually use it the first time without the legs. Funny as it is, the main thing I need is the screen for the bottom, I don't want to have to buy a huge piece to get a 6"x6" section (considering folding 1" up on each side

You are seeing one of the top problems of the Armalite AR10 platform right there. Since it all has to either be a) made by armalite themselves or b) licensed from them, adding cost to the manufacturer vs making the same part for DPMS LR308), there is a much more limited parts supply

I know the A lpk is the pmag compatible in terms of the lower. But just looking at the LPK, what is the difference? They have the B in stock, but not the A right now.....

Well, I've mentally rotated around some on this. What i'm going to do is get the LUTH-AR MBA1 in FDE for my dpms pattern 308AR, and the move the Mako GL-Shock carbine from that onto this. I poked around a little, were there any specific issues or anything else I should be looking out for on assembling up the lower + upper?

I know. I have the matrix aerospace set with a 16" barrel that would look nice all smooth. slowly accumulating the parts to finish it. The two piece one looks cool too though
