Actually I think I saw it on my wife's face book i've been away far too long from the forum lol
  8. For that Price Votex is a good option, but remember with optics, buy once cry once.
  9. And I'm trying to justify the $200.00 + for an Atlas ain't no way in hell i'm paying $500.00 + for a bi-pod. :cookoo:
  10. I'm obviously late to the party but I will say this. Small bullets may get bigger but big bullets always stay big, I carry a .45 cause they don't make a .46 and look at the 1911 chambered in .45, been knocking dicks in the dirt since WW1. Both the 1911 and the cartridge are still around.

I saw a video on this guy shopping in the mall in uniform and a veteran called B.S. on him taped it on his cell phone and uploaded it. Sooner or later he will get in trouble for it.
  12. I guess now why we know his knees are shot LMAO

  15. Will this rail work on my stock Armalite AR-10 SASS with adj. gasblock and 20 inch barrel?
  16. Some of the issue is people screwing around with the trigger pull weight and reset. Instead of buying a new Timney or whatever.
  17. spend the money buy a UBR stock and a heavy buffer works fine
  18. I just bought a new military Steiner 3-12x50 FFP zero stop / illum ret / 34 mm tube from Euro Optics for $1,099.00 they are on sale FYI. So since I have an ADM 30 mm lying around like new in box, $125.00 ?
  19. Brother I've been hopping like a 3 legged cat on a hot tin roof. Brown matter has hit the fan at work, after knee surgery trying to get back into shape / running. I started on finishing up my Bachelor's degree in C.J. and bought a new 2014 Street Glide Peace Officer Special Edition. After converting my AR-10 Super SASS to a battle rifle, I am selling the parts and have converted it back to its original form. It felt like putting mudders on a Ferrari.I am about to drop coin on a Leupold Mk 4 with Illum Mil-Dot and M-1 Turrents. To the Op about Shepard Scopes, I will say buy once cry once. Spend the money for the name brand scopes, Leupold, Night Force, Trijicon, SWFA, as examples. If you want to spend 2-4 grand then look into Premiere , Schmidt & Bender Ziess makes a nice precision rifle scope as well. Look into Vortex PST Models, Burris make some decent glass. On a scope you want it to hold zero, be able to pass a box test and return to zero as well as reset it. Unless your running a bullet weight / load combo that matches the BDC on some of these scopes, its a waste of money. Also stay away from anything with a catchy name like Counter Sniper that says they are government over runs.
  20. LOL I had to learn the hard way sorry guy's started college and been busy as heck at work I know it's no excuse to drop of the face of the earth b ut I wanted to say hi.
  21. For those who dont know the history of the 10mm. It was designed for the FBI when a few agents were killed in a shoot out with a guy who was using a scoped ruger 10/22. One of the agents got a heart shot on the bad guy, but the shooter got a few more rounds out before he died and killed 2 or 3 agents, The Gov. said give us something better, S&W came out with the 1006 or 1066 and Glock came out with a 10 and I think Grizly LAR and Colt Delta Elite. So the 10mm has the same balistic equvialent of a .41 mag when loaded up with some Corbon or Hornady +P. The female and girly sized agents couldn't deal with the recoil, so then the 40 S&W was born. 10mm ammo is still availible but expensive and I second the Glock 20 but would think about a revolver chambered in a bigger cartridge like a .44 mag or 454 casul ect. Sorry but a pistol on a bear is like going after it with a switch, if i'm gonna do that I want a big damn switch.
  22. I damn glad I didn't get rid of my SASS and converted it to a battle rifle. Within a few minutes I can changer her back to a Sniper Rifle. She is a pleasure to shoot.
  23. I have got to find some of those liberal tears CLP <lmao>
  24. I agree they work quite well on 1911's and I have never had a problem shooting these in either of my S/A TRP Operator or my Champion Operator. I have had issues with the older CM Power Mags. The Mecgar's have a solid follower and a anti-tilt tip that extends well into the mag kinda like a P-Mag. Sorry Robo but they flat out work brother.
  25. More than one way to eat a bunny ^-^
