Sounds like you are putting some nice parts together there. Why not go with a higher end barrel in case you have the opportunity to stretch you legs a bit? Criterion, Lothar Walther, Rainier, - or even JP or Kreiger if you want to be a little more spendy.

I have a GoGun SuperComp on my AR15. It's "OK", reduces recoil, jumps a little up and to the left (probably due to rifling spin), and is fairly loud, but not as bad as some others. If I had to replace it, I'd go with the Precision Arms M472 for sure. TTAG part III muzzle brake test is due out by the end of this month or next month.
