This scope is in virtually new condition. I used it a few times last winter Coyote hunting and am only selling it because I am getting a different model Sightmark. It turns pitch black night into black and white daylight when used with the integrated IR illuminator or a seperate rifle mounted illuminator for longer ranges. It can be used in daylight with the lense cover closed which only allows light to enter through a tiny hole in its center. Rechargeable bateries keep the power on for longer hunts. Included is the Sightmark user manual and its padded carry case. $400.00 via paypal or USPS money order. Buyer pays fully insured shipping charges. Sightmark specs: Sensor Type CMOS Camera Resolution 656х492 Display Type LCD Display Resolution, pixels 640x480 Video IN/OUT pin RCA Magnification 6.5x Objective Lens Dia. 50mm Lens Focus 70mm Relative aperture 0.000708333 Field of view, horizontal 3.5 Field of View, m@100m 6 Min. focusing distance 10m Eye Relief 60mm Diopter Adjustment +/-3 Resolution, lines per mm 38 Emitter Laser IR Wavelength 780nm Equivalent IR Power 125mW Range detection 200m Power Supply 2.0-3.3 Battery Type 2xAA Battery Life (w/o IR) 5 hours Battery Life (with IR) 4 hours External power supply no Windage & Elevation, 1click (H/V), mm@100m 18/18 Number of clicks 60/60 Number of preloaded reticles 6 Body Material glass-nylon composite/metal Additional accessory mount type weaver

Once you go the wet tumbler method you'll never look back. I used to dry tumble them clean, then hot citric acid bath them shiny and dry them. Then final polish tumble. Now its 5 pounds of stainless pins, 1/2 gallon worth of brass, fill'er up with hot tap water, 1/2 tbsp of citric acid powder and a few drops of dawn dish soap. Rinse then dry. Once they are out of the dehydrator they are ready to start the reload process
-
Not exactly on the bench but wet tumbling over 5 gallons worth of 9mm brass. The tumbler and dehydrator will be going almost non stop all day. 1 1/2 hours per 1/2 gallon batch.

New post after a very long time. New service too. I have many calibers for sale at $2/pound, and by the piece. Buyer pays shipping charges for appropriately sized USPS regional flat rate box. Emails are always welcome. Nickel cases have been removed and separated unless noted. NEW I can now offer a wet tumbling service on orders of 10 lbs or more of a single caliber. Check the discussions about PPU brass and ammo in the Grendel forum. I seem to recall PPU recalling some of their grendel stuff. For grendel brass I just stick with hornady cuz its easier to come by in 123 grain grendel American Gunner ammo. About 1 MOA out of factory rounds.

As parents his mom and I weren't too awfully upset about the whole situation. It happened just as all the middle east shiite/Afganistan was ramping up and not worrying about him getting deployed was nice.
-
Oh he definitely hits what he is aiming at. He was one of the best shots in his basic training unit. Right up until he dislocated his kneecap and ended up being discharged because of it.

Over the past few months my son and I have been acquiring the pieces and slowly assembling his blackout pistol. The last piece to arrive and be added was the SBA3 brace. He is a huge Star Wars fan so it is as close to being a blaster as we could get. The specs: 10.5" KAK barrel Double Star upper/lower set KAK flash can 12" carbon fiber handguard Magpul afg SB SBA3 pistol brace Fastfire III as temporary sight It has passed the initial function tests and we'll get out today to put some more rounds through it. He fully intends on using it for deer this season and why not? Its perfect snow camo for the conditions we usually have around here in Nov.

LOL . Hey! I'm out there grabbing up brass these days. You gotta admit that my last thread even tho it started out with 3 simple words "An interesting read" and a link, started one shiitestorm of a debate. It was fun sitting back and watching it all unfold.

Hey! My name is Dion and you've probably met as few or fewer of us as I have. When I get the comment "ohhh, like Deion Sanders?" I just say yes but he spells it wrong. Welcome from another Wisconsinite.

Here is what people do around here when they NEED to waterski
dpete replied to dpete's topic in Club House
Most of the lakes up here are still totally ice covered! The smaller ones are opening up but most will take another week, the big ones probably closer to two. The surface temp. of the open water in that picture couldn't have been more than 33-35* with all that ice around. -
Not me or taken by me. Sent in to a local TV station. Yes that is waterskiing between two huge sheets of ice on a lake.
-
LOL. Everyone has to enable a little bit now and then.
-
Pssst. Grendelitis phoey! I won't mention the fact that for a while this winter my 18" Grendel sported a Photon XT NV scope. Used it on a couple night hunts for coyotes on a frozen lake.
