    I have had mine for a couple years now, I just tossed a few of em that were sitting, on the charger in the last couple months. They didn't seem to need much charging after two years. I have two that live on firearms and two I use regularly.

    I have three Fenix pd35's and one Thrunite TN11S. All were under $55, a few years ago but prices seem to have gone up, and I can't find the Thrunite model anymore, it's my favorite. All take the rechargeable 18650 batteries. Both are just under or above 1k lumens.

    Man sized target at 500 is no problem at all with 124gr 7.62x39. .300 Whisper with 85-100-110-124gr should do better. 100 yard limit? y'all need to put some big boy pants on.

    I can't remember who made my barrel, but I'm certain it's not Armalite, so I may be in luck. I don't recall needing a special length gas tube. All the AR's I actually like shooting have A1 furniture.

    Armalite is out of stock on the Delta ring. I'm pulling it apart in the next week or two so I can measure the distance. I have a couple triangle end caps. as long as the distance is the same the handguard may work, but since the Delta ring is built into the barrel nut, that's the clincher.

    Glad it worked out! I'm getting ready to pull mine apart, I'll check the gas port on mine at the same time. No issues but, I don't think I inspected it when I did the initial assembly.

    I'm considering taking the cheesegrater off my AR-10. Who makes Delta Ring kits for AR-10's, with an Armalite nut? Ideally I want a triangular handguard. Is it possible?

    I got a guy at work that may be interested in two of my AR's for his Socom, I'd much prefer the scout or a full size.

    At $119 that's getting into the realm of possibility. Be sure to post pics of the finished product. I only spent the $200 on the Midwest because options were limited for an armalite build. I scoff at some of the pricey "modern" AR items, but I have made up the price on some Nodak uppers and lowers....
