Brownells makes a paint called Alumahyde II in FDE that seems to work pretty well. The receivers in my 6.5 Creedmore build were raw and painted with the Alumahyde II. About $11 or $12 a can.

The better strategy would be to stop patrolling the ghettos until the complaints reached the volume and intensity of the BLM protests. Then would be the time to talk about the relationship between the police and the neighborhood, and perhaps why there are more confrontations between blacks (on a percentage of population basis) and police that could lead to violence as well as the increasing resistance to police efforts to enforce the laws that the representatives of the prople have passed.

Well, we are at war, but the communists refuse to acknowledge it because it just might undo all the divisions they have created in their attempt to destroy this nation. Humor displaces the anger and rage that the situation engenders. Sooner or later, humor will not be effective.

Any organization that encourages civil disobedience, particularly disobedience with respect to and directed at those charged with enforcing laws, is going to result in people getting killed. Given the rhetoric of the BLM crowd, the bottom line is that they are inciting violence irrespective of what they say their objectives are. Blocking traffic on highways, throwing stones and Molotov cocktails at police, burning down neighborhoods, looting, are not equivalent to a drug store counter sit in. Unfortunately, white politicians are either infected with "white guilt" or, worse, pandering for black votes, and as a result slam anyone who points out the obvious. A cynic might observe that a race war is part of the communist's plan to justify the confiscation of weapons so that the population can no longer protect itself for its government, but then, that couldn't be the plan, could it?

Yes, you MUST do the work, all the work, yourself. Otherwise you AND whoever participates will be guests of the federal authorities for quite some time. There are a couple of good systems out there. If you don't have a mini-mill Modulus makes a universal jig for .308 lowers that requires only a drill press and a router. I haven't used this since I have a mini-mill, and the jig costs almost half the price of a Harbor Freight mini-mill, but the Modulus jig is the only one that seems to be universal. Otherwise get a jig from whomever you purchased the lower from, go slow, and enjoy the experience. Measure - Measure - Measure..........

Everyone seems to ignore the fact that the resistance to the authority of law enforcement significantly escalates every individual confrontation. Likewise, every time a black man is killed by police it is not only publicized but characterized as the officer acting simply because they were racist, not that the "victim" was acting inappropriately. In LA, the police were responding to a call of an individual who had been threatening others with a gun and then resisted. Was he shot because the officer drawing his weapon placed his finger inside the guard rather than outside and it was an accident, or did the individual try to get his gun, you can't really tell from the video. In Minnesota, the victim did not use the procedure taught in every concealed carry class I have been in for that specific situation. The officer, who is not Caucasian, is heard saying over and over I told him not to reach. In the meantime the activists do everything they can to challenge authority in the street, to encourage resisting authority, with the result that many of the protests have a supposedly small group that throws rocks, bottles, breaks windows, loots, etc. Here in El Paso the progressive local politicians are after the Chief of Police because he called BLM a hate group that needs to be looked at more closely. I know Greg well an work with him quite often and he is likely to tell this bunch to go f*** themselves and retire, which will hurt this community terribly. If you don't think we are being subjected to massive propaganda you really need to think about comparing facts to the message conveyed by the media.

With all the focus on Dallas there has been almost no coverage of the other three shootings of police by black men. No talk about Hitlery's lying but plenty of talk about gun control. American are truly fucked.

No issue starting with a 308 build. I did and it made the 2 223s, the 6.5 Grendel and the 6.5 Creedmore easier. I work with a lot of aggies ( both Texas &M and NMSU) and at least a few can walk and chew gum. Welcome from west Texas. One word of warning you can't have just one!

Unfortunately, the Alinsky/Lenin strategy is to divide and set groups against each other. The communists have institutionalized racism with the laws and regulations establishing protected classes (essentially everyone other than male Caucasians), have continually eroded the ability of law enforcement to function appropriately and proactively, and have incited hate groups such as the BLM. The outcome of this dynamic is predictable unless something happens to alter the paradigm. Small changes will not work. The table needs to be kicked over. If the general public loses the ability to protect themselves from the government, we all become slaves.
