If you are under gassed drill that puppy out. Don't compromise your recoil system to fix a problem with the gas system.

My Glock mags work just fine in the Glocks and 80% frames.

I have several thousand rounds through my PSA 308 and the BCG has not caused any problems.

I have a factory G19&G17. I also have a 80%23&17. All work well. I like the grip angle on the 80% a bit better.

Barrel diameter @ the gas block???

How is the rail attached to the barrel nut? Horizontal bolts on the bottom then as you described. Some use bolts into the barrel nut in several places. Remove all those and it should slide off. Drive the roll pin holding the gas tube most of the way out and the tube should come loose. Depending on how much carbon is built up it may just slide out or you may have to work at it.

How about a pic of the bolt face. What ammo are you using. Has the headspace been checked?

I was just explaining that your buffer isn't up to weight which will probably give you cycling problems. Your bolt isn't broken in yet that is probably why you are having problems extracting rounds out of the chamber. Soak it in Mobile One for a day or two.

Because you buffer should be about 5 1/2 oz range for these large frame guns.

Well the sig barrels most of us used are gone. A upper and lower set from aero would be good. An aero lower parts set to match the upper and lower. Whatever brace you like. I like the Armalite carbine recoil set. Free float rail fore end of your choice. Brownells, primary arms.faxon, balastic advantage. Joe Bobs, Midway USA all good places to buy your parts.
