I was looking for Varget powder. Found a few places that had it in stock at decent prices but wouldn't take a credit card. Probably a scam. So I'm still looking for Varget.

Does it lock back on an empty mag every time? If it does sometimes but not others that's you gas/recoil system more than the bolt catch. A lot of folks have the same problem with the JP recoil set up on the large frame Ar's. That's race gun parts not battle rifle parts. Armalite designed these things. Their recoil system works. Lancers are top shelf mags.

Toolcraft BCG's are good to go.

If you want to keep the front sight you need a fore end the same length as you have now. If the front sight isn't required put a shorter gas block on it and use whatever rail you want. You do need to figure out what hight your upper receiver is so the rail is even w/the upper receiver.

I put a Sylvan arms folder on one of my 308 pistols. It works just fine for me.

You need the complete Armalite set up. The buffer tube is a bit longer than the AR-15 carbine buffer tube.

Without knowing the specs on the stag buffer and springs it's a crap shoot if it works. I seem to recall 98Z posted he has had to replace those parts on stag guns at his gun dealers shop. The Armalite set I linked works.

Welcome from KY. My first thought was have someone with 7.62 chamber reamer redo your chamber. Might be as simple as trimming your brass a bit shorter.

Let's see. A Grendel BCG arrived yesterday, Wilson combat just released 6mm ARC barrels this week. The overtime/holiday pay I just worked tonight will pay for a barrel. The new chronograph to replace to broken one arrived today. Better quit spending money for a few days.

You can call Armalite. They seem to be able to find parts if you call them most of the time.

You might check Diamondback. I think their uppers match up with Armalite.
