    Both my 6.5 Creedmoors have standard 308 bolts. I did have to change out the ejector to one with a rounded tip to get one of them to run. Better to try the gas port the barrel comes with. Then open it up if needed. If it's to big you will need an adjustable gas block. Tool Craft makes good BCG's

    Well went to the Dr today. Good outcome with that one. On the way home stopped by the local gun shop. Found an abused S&W model 19-4. Someone let it rust in places. The gunshop bead blasted it and duracoated it. Pinned and recessed 4" Target grips for $300. Couldn't let it stay unloved.

    I have used cmmg lower parts sets with good results. I also usually change the trigger and grip. Some bolt catches use roll pins and some use a screw. If I remember correctly the Aero uses a screw. The rest of your parts look like they should work just fine.

    Looks like you are making progress. The thing seems to shoot well. I put a Faxon 10/22 barrel on my Ruger a bit ago and don't even have it sighted in.

    The diameter of the barrel has nothing to do with the suppressors job. As long as it's threaded for the suppressor your good. The shorter the barrel the louder is kind of standard results. My 22 can on pistols is quiet but on a 16in rifle it's pellet gun quiet.
