I have been following this a lot. While it seems there will be some fallout and folks made into scapegoats I think Obama and those around him will remain shielded and untouchable. The fact that this isnt on every news channel every night speaks volumes. If this was Rebublican President it would be headline's and the subject of every talk show

BTW for AR-10 owners the Armalite AR-10 requires a different version of the Norgon due to the magazine design

I should actually know the answer to your question. Problem is I have done a few AR-15's and DPMS 308's with VTACs and my memory is messing with me on which wrench I used. Something is telling me the VTAC even though it's 308 it uses an AR-15 wrench

additionally AR-10 pin spacing is different than DPMS. The big ass double ended wrench has one end for AR-10 and the other for DPMS
