  1. I feel ya brother. I’m state too. We sit and watch the muni guys get 12%-20% every contract. Meanwhile we catch crumbs. They say “yes” the barrel is threaded.
  2. And? That seems perfect!!
  3. Don’t forget to scroll through and “like” other people’s comments, so they get bumped to the top.
  4. Love you brother!!
  5. If you get a chance, scroll through and “like” any CROM Comments you see. This will eventually bump the pro-CROM comments to the top of the list.
  6. Brownells just posted this video, asking or help... make sure you like and comment on it, and ask for the Condition Red Ordnance Manufacturing (CROM) CR-7 .338LM help me get them to my booth and I’ll do the rest. I promise to unveil a BIG surprise if they come. Jan 23rd, Booth W1606
  7. I want to rip off the sights and replace them with HK MP7 sights. Then add a red dot and Tactical WML. This would be the perfect camp gun. I always said that .22mag needed to be .22lr
  8. But gawdammit this looks like fun... the new KelTec CP33.
  9. I'm breaking a couple rules here, but I promise I'll fix it in the long run... Two years ago I got an inside hit on these bolts. I lost track of the guy that made them, and only recently reunited with him. He and I have been working on a "special project" (to be released soon) and he advised that he still had all these bolts to offload. Here's what I know about them... These are authentic Sharp's Relia-bolts, made from S7 tool steel. These are NOT Ion-bond treated, hence the special color. The color is created from as special heat treatment, that is random, from piece to piece. Each bolt will be cerkote'd in clear gloss (MC-156Q) to protect the unique color. MC-156Q is also the strongest "color" that Cerakote makes. This is a limited release, from a private person. He will guarantee the bolt, but only to the inventory that he has. If a similar colored bolt is available, he said he will replace it. Otherwise a standard Relia-Bolt will be used to replace it. He stated that he has seen about 25k rounds on the same kind of Relia-Bolt, without issue/failure. Here is the kicker, and why I'm kinda breaking a rule... He's trying to sell these and not lose his ass in the process. I had originally thought there would be a discount on these items, but he said that his cost was a lot higher than I had known. Currently Relia-Bolts sell for about $79.99 (+s&h). I believe I can get these OUT THE DOOR for $85.00 flat. This is not my personal sale. I am putting this up for an outside dealer, my friend, who is looking for some feelers to know if this is worth his effort. You guys let me know what you think.
  10. Super badass. This is one of the best conceived rifles made for the modern market. I feel the application of the concept only how about 90%. I wish they made that lower cross compatible with the DPMS GenII and an AR15 uppers. That would’ve crushed the market and launched the GenII in popularity. Still a phenomenal piece.
  11. This is my regular hunting sidearm. I also have a slightly older Super BH in .44mag (2 or 3 digit SN)
  12. The “other people” were the medics trying to save Officer Corona.
  13. Last night we lost one of our own. This one was very very close to home for me. I used to work as a motor in this city, and I’m still friends with most of the agency. My wife still works there, and was on duty at the time, only a few blocks away. (Below is a screenshot from my phone) I don’t know if they will say it. This was an ambush/assassination, plain and simple. He murdered her for no reason, just for wearing a uniform. This picture was taken after she graduated from the police academy last summer.
  14. Van and I have been talking again. It’s going to happen
  15. I got the shipment in. This FDE is soooooooooo seXXXy looking!!!
  16. 4” groups and 350fps??? It’s barely a paper killer.
  17. When @Lane talks... this is what I see... I’m messing with ya brother. This is my way of saying I’m impressed.
  18. I might have to ban @Lane from our website. This guy is way smarter than the rest of you mopes. Hes making his own shot clock, meanwhile I’m about ready to put a .45 into my sprinkler timer.
  19. I haven’t seen a mega MA-10 in a long time. They were always a top-tier manufacture. I own a few of their AR15 lowers and uppers. Not a single complaint with any of them.
  20. You and me brother. You finish it, and I’ll cut you in on every one I make. I already told my partner we’re making 10/22 and M1A receivers... I have the 10/22 Solidworx finished. The CROM MC1A is next.... get it? MC1A!!! It’s fitting that I name it M.C.
  21. Got it. Thanks
  22. I’ve always been a Browning fan. I never felt they got the respect they deserved. I own several Browing lever actions. I bought my wife a 20ga BSS... although she’s been hounding me for a Citori.
  23. Last post, I promise. I absolutely hate the anonymity of the internet, and how it turns regular people into cyber tough guys. Anonymity is for the discreet and not the obnoxiously absurd. I realize Ed is a young guy. Being 30 from the small town of Madison doesn’t provide a lot of opportunities to socialize... and some people don’t understand that an IP address is like a GPS tracker in the hands of a learned man. Perhaps if he had joined a few weeks earlier, we could’ve celebrated his 1yr marriage anniversary with him, and our friendship would’ve been different. I have to say, his snowy mountain top proposal was very romantic. For the sake of his family and newlywed, I’ll save them the embarrassment of spreading his last name here. You see, family is important. Maybe Ed will now recognize that the guys here are my family, and I will look out for them and they will do the same for me. I don’t need to post his phone number to every call center across the globe, or sign his home address up for every free catalog known to man. So goodbye Ed. You are the reason I do what I do. You are the inspiration that spurs me to act. Your hated filled, homophobic posts will forever be etched on our walls. You, of all people, you will not be missed.
  24. I have some CRAZY metallurgical plans for that one too.... example: check out the stats of 7068 Tennalum.
  25. When I start mass production on a CROM “MC1A” (or should it be a MC14?) receiver, you will be completely redeemed
