  1. :o yeah I guess they aren't coming at a discount, but I really want them on my larue <thumbsup>, which has been a no expense spared rifle for me. I dress her up to make me look better <lmao>
  2. I think the higher mount will definitely work with Gen 1's but maybe we can get someone to post the height difference of the two a models. I stayed with the 1.5 because I like the height, and I'm waiting for those KAC 45° micro's that imshur posted about to become available.
  3. That's a much better price, one I could live with in large, thanks jawbreaker, sorry robo
  4. that's your question to answer grasshopper, for only you can tell us if you like it. <laughs> but seriously, nice rifle now shoot the sucker, have fun, and post range pics <thumbsup>
  5. welcome oz, just be warned, there is no cure for the 308 ar sickness <lmao>
  6. i am using the 1.5 larue mount and the gen 1 mbus don't fit. i don't know about the gen 2's
  7. i had to file for it to fit into my pws, but it wasn't difficult and was well worth the end result. i went a little at a time, being very careful not to file the retaining pin they call a j pin. i used a sanding drum and a dremel.
  8. Money is a huge factor as to what can be suggested. I can personally recommend leupold, but that's up in the price range. If you establish a ceiling it will be easier to help.
  9. not specified, but i assume dpms pattern?
  10. that's nice, the price isn't too bad, my larue was similar, the accuracy was impressive but i have one gripe. my zombies don't explode like that, so there's some sort of bs going on there <lmao>. ps, i like the russian kid, he does some funny stuff. must be nice not to have an awb
  11. no opinions on the optic but congrads on your rifle order <thumbsup>
  12. she watched fast and furious eh? we all hope for the best for you two.
  13. she watched fast and furious eh? we all hope for the best for you two.
  14. If you don't mind my asking, I don't own a 15 and I'm wondering why a 9mm buffer?
  15. I'm still coming, but we should have good weather by then
  16. I have both, di on my larue, piston on my Pws (factory equipped ) and I haven't done a comparison only because I believe it would take thousands of rounds in each to show some sort of advantage, IMHO.
  17. Wow, what honor. Maybe I'll ship it to zona before I go and we can shoot
  18. Nice, a banshee on roids. I used to road race an rc51, but it wasn't as modded as that
  19. It's a big difference in feel from 12 to 9, I've gone 10.22 on a bike and 9.90 in my dads with a soft launch
  20. Ar 10 I believe, I had it put on at larue, so I'm not totally positive
  21. A rail car is a dragster chassis, usually 300 inch, and that truck was testing a new fuel system for his nitrous injected alcohol motor, mmmm I can smell it, he'll probably hit in the seven's, so unlimited or something close to that.

  24. better pics finally, i try not to let the neighbors know that i have an armory started
  25. ok here are pics with measurements, one with the charging handle all the way out, ect. hope it helps. oh, and no mods have been made to the stock. 98 and drew, yes i know i don't have the tac ops-1 yet, pre-emptively telling you it's in the future plans for both rifles when $$ allows. <thumbsup>
