  1. Let's see if they want those 1911 parts back first. I'm in for some Lancers. <thumbsup>
  2. I have a plan already... <thumbsup> <lmao> <laughs>
  3. Hmmmm, you don't say, brother... :evil5: Specifics on those 1911 trigger parts? <laughs>
  4. That's just fucked up, brother. I thought you liked me... :fawkdance:
  5. OAL 0.312" Diameter 0.081" <thumbsup> I think Matt is out to get me... <lmao>
  6. Way to battle back, my brother - excellent job! <thumbsup>
  7. They still have them, brother?... ???
  8. ^^^ That's exactly what I mean... <lmao> In today's world, you shouldn't have to have any "special training" in order to arm yourself with firearms that are equivalent, or better, than those in the possession of criminals/sociopaths. Yes, you should be intimately familiar with the weapons platform, and yes, you should have to pass recurring qualification with the weapons platform. LEOs shouldn't have to acquire "special training" in order to carry ARs. They don't need "special training" for duty pistols - just the same training everyone else in their dept or academy gets. It's just "training." In my not-so-humble opinion, all LEOs should have pistols, shotguns and centerfire long guns at their disposal, all the time. Reserve the "special training" for things that truly are specialized, i.e., snipers, breaching, dynamic entry, etc. That's the whole reason for SWAT and HRT elements anyway, right?
  9. I'm not far off, on the "special training" thing... :o
  10. Don't MAKE me post the poop on you, buddy... :o
  11. I declare myself the 308AR Historian, thus immune from PM limits, in the migration to the new board. I decided... <laughs> <lmao> <dontknow>
  12. Were? I still have them all. If that poop gets nuked, then we have no "historical background..." :o I deleted the poop from the nutjobs, but still have everything from "real people." I'm currently sitting at 1369 PMs, until I get another one... <dontknow> I hope they stay. I'm just sayin'... I have the first ones from Drew... ...that I'll post publicly... <laughs> <lmao>

    Funny

She IS racked fairly well... <thumbsup>
  14. The high-powered rifle is similar to a military M-16 and is issued to specially trained officers, Andraychak said. Wow. They issue that to ALL Soldiers and Marines... I'm just sayin'. I'll refrain from saying more. Right now.

He doesn't have many, these days. Good to see him win, once in awhile. <thumbsup>

Her ass is what makes her look fat. Did I say that out loud?... :o
  17. I'd hunt the hairy bastards (bitches, too). Arm me with a Mk19, HEDP linked belts, and on a tripod with no T&E, so I can free-gun it. Exploding lions would be the only way. Much better than Tannerite. <thumbsup> It would make for a fucked up rug, but a lifetime of memories. <dontknow> <laughs>

    bipods

ADM pic-mount base. <thumbsup> I use those to mount the Harris bipods on rifle with a pic rail. Love 'em.
  19. From a .mil standpoint/definition, "small arms" is .50 cal and below. "Small caliber" from the article was probably misconstrued from "small arms" ammunition. Not certain, wasn't there. <thumbsup>
  20. Brother, I'm jealous - just hearing you say what you can crank out of the press. <thumbsup> You work your ASS off at that press! ;D
  21. I'm retired MIL, submitting through my official email... poop, I need to check back into that again. :o
  22. Apex sells the rails sections separately, too. <thumbsup>
  23. Couple times I met up with Jon at the Sportmans Warehouse, near him. They had racks and racks of Thermolds, 20s and 30s, just hanging there. I think the 20s were $4.99 and the 30s were $6.99. I kept saying I'd pick some up the next trip, just because the price was down so far. Now, I wish I'd picked them up every trip I made up there. :(
  24. I know, brother. I still have about 8 of those. I was issued them. We just called them "water mags," for use in boat/swimming work. The whole time I had them, I never had an issue with them. I still run them through the guns from time to time. <thumbsup>
  25. It's alright, brother - you're woven into the 1,500 pretty deeply, too... <thumbsup> <lmao> If they transfer, I can forward them all, all over again... <laughs>
