  1. I sure hope not - a man's gotta have goals, right?... <lmao>
  2. Everyone should have to see that, and think about it. It seems to be the big piece of the whole puzzle that Mark Kelly is missing - or is flatout ignoring - in his crusade.
  3. "Provides information in order to assist in critical decision making" is what Drew put on my last job evaluation... <dontknow> <laughs>
  4. Plaster this everywhere.
  5. Speak for yourself, Instigator! :fawkdance: Welcome aboard, man! <thumbsup>
  6. "Well he should have armed himself if he's going to decorate his saloon with my friend."
  7. Dedicated lowers, brother? For 9mm, get ahold of DDLES. For the AR45, get ahold of Justin @ CNCGunsmithing. For the AR45, new-production M3 greasegun mags are readily available. The dedicated 9mm from DDLES runs Colt SMG mags, Uzi mags, or a couple different varients that run extended Glock mags. You need to know which one you're getting into before you buy the mags, though. I went with the standard version (Colt SMG and Uzi mags). These designs are billet lowers, so they're not cheap (compared to forged AR15 lowers).
  8. D'oh! :o Back on topic, the only thing I have locally is 30-06, .22 magnum, .17, and 20 gauge.
  9. Back in '08/'09, brother, the "panic" over Obummer caused alot more people to buy guns. They bought what we recommended - ARs, .308 ARs, .308 bolt guns, 10/22s, .22 bolt guns, .22 pistols, etc. Now, not only are we looking for ammo, reloading components, rifle parts - 4 years worth of new people are looking for it, too. We, collectively, as owners, have growm in population, over 4 years. The industry really hasn't grown in that same 4 years (outside of new companies). Forges make the same amount of forgings. A few billet makers add to the numbers. Ammo companies turn out the same amount of ammo. Tooling companies crank out the same amount of BCGs and bolts - just to more and more new, smaller companies. Supply hasn't really increased, but demand has gone through the roof. The next 4 years aren't going to be anything like what we went through frorm '08-to-now, I don't think. Not unless the primary suppliers really start putting out more. My $0.02.
  10. The MRE heaters are killing me... <laughs> <lmao>
  11. <laughs> <lmao> <thumbsup>
  12. Yes, I noticed the can comment after I posted. Reading Comprehension is key... :o <lmao> I accept full responsibility for your pistol caliber aversion. <laughs> However, I will not stop until you have dedicated lowers - which means you'll live out here with me (or in some other free state). <thumbsup> If it takes more "influence" - or "antagonizing," depending on how you look at it - then I'm here for you. <laughs>
  13. Glass half full, brother - The dedicated lowers gon onto these guns, and free up a standard lower for something else. <thumbsup> Ill get you into a .45 dedicated lower somehow. That AR45 you have is a 16" barrel, so does it still need to be on a state pre-ban lower?... If not, then go for it. Also, on the .45, the Oly mag is supposed to hold 18 single-stacked rounds. I put 15 in mine. I've forced 16 in there before, but don't dig it too well. No way in hell to get 18 in there. The M3 greasegun mag, loaded with 30 (easily loaded) is only 1" longer then the Oly mag. I changed up the AR45 with a couple things. It's finished-finished, except for the dedicated lower swap, when I get my hands on that beauty.
  14. It's gonna take a bad car wreck to make that happen. Im just sayin'... <laughs>
  15. Yeah, it'll be tougher on me, with dedicated lowers and stick mags on both. ;D <thumbsup>
  16. Ironic... <laughs> I'm making this one Foliage Green... <lmao>
  17. 10 Uzi mags for the 9mm (new surplus), along with some AR15 lower small parts. Pistol receiver extension and cover. Building this 9mm right now is a giant pain in the ass. Making calls Monday about barrels and BCGs. Some places look in stock on barrels, and calling might not be the right thing to do right now, but I'm calling before I order. On the BCGs, it'll be calling about when they think they'll get them in stock. Saw a 9mm BCG go for a starting bid of $299, ending with over $600, on GB - they can keep that poop.

MagPul only makes the LR20 in one fitment. If yours can take the LR20 Pmags, and some other rifle takes the LR20 Pmag, then those rifle can share mags easily. Bottom line - doesnt matter where you get the LR20s, or what they say they fit.
  19. Looks like it's probably gone. SPF. "Sold, Pending Funds." I think you missed it by about a day and a half.
  20. Alright, Nostradamus. <laughs>
  21. You can't get me that easy - I've got 10 Uzi mags on the way for the 9mm. You need to get out the gooooood stuff. ;D
  22. You need to sell more than that to get the car... :cookoo: I'm not fronting this whole midlife crisis for you... <laughs>
  23. I knew you'd flip sometime, Drew. Now, let's talk about those Para mags... <lmao> <laughs>
  24. Damn, that is one sweet rifle! <thumbsup>
