  1. This isn't just Glock shiit - this is pistol shooting in general. Take notice of the part where he says "drop your thumbs..." That applies to every single semi auto pistol...
  2. The Covenant. Just ran it for the second time. Had to absorb it. It's in Prime, if you're a member, it's free now. Worth your time. This fall at the campfire, remind me to tell you about my Terp in Afghaniland. He was a badass Terp, skills like no other. He was just 52 years old, with a bad knee. He spent alot of previous contract time on SF deployments where he didn't have to physically do much, besides ride around, or hang around camp. Assigned to me, he had to walk his ass off, climb mountains in the winter, in snow, and it was rough on him. He threatened to quit on the last valley mission, once we were inserted, and the sun came up the next morning, and he could see the terrain. I talked him out of quitting, because nobody likes a quitter. It worked. But the talk made more work for the mission, my team, and it made a shiit-ton more work for me, personally. And him. It got him up that hill, that he said he wasn't gonna do... We couldn't have done it without him, and his skill set. The second night on that hill, all that work getting him up there payed off. At the end of the mission, he stopped by my tent on Bagram, and gave me a personal gift, and thanked me for the most meaningful deployment he'd been on since he was doing this for three years. I still have that gift, safely tucked away. That man was my savior throughout that trip.
  3. Stopped. Wild information. Won't see this in the news, at all. There will be no mention of it. Check this vid out.
  4. HOLY SHIIT!!!
  5. Eh, I don't like NF anyway. They gave the Obamas a soapbox to preach from, and that was enough for me.
  6. Lookin' lean and mean, brother - Nice!
  7. Well, then I gotta get a smart phone... and that's not happening...
  8. That SUCKS! Those are good people up there.
  9. I love my Rock Chuckers. I have a RC II and RC !V - both are great.
  10. I literally tried that one - didn't work. She didn't calm down...
  11. You might be confused, brother. I'm just sayin'... https://www.blogto.com/film/2021/04/netflix-has-chosen-toronto-new-canadian-headquarters/
  12. Single-stage is the way to go for precision loads. Control each one.
  13. And Netflix is a Canadian company, eh? No?...
  14. ^^^ He used to drink a case, just for a warmup at dinner. For real.
  15. We'll get you on target, for sure, brother. That's plenty.
  16. Watch that vid again, @Cunuckgaucho... "Don't let the good manners, and the accent and the maple syrup fool you..." Starts around 13:30...
  17. To add perspective to this - I was assigned to the Funeral Detail of the first female killed during Desert Storm. Her dad was a high-ranking Air Force Officer, and she was buried at Riverside Memorial Cemetery (now a National Cemetery). After the ceremony, he approached us. He spoke to me. (This is when the LT gets pissed off) The LT tried to interject, and got a stern look, and slinked off. For the next 5 minutes, I carried on a conversation with this man. He wasn't wearing the CMH sash and medal around his neck, just the ribbon, right on top of the ribbon stack from the world, that he'd earned. I noticed that, and asked him about it. He told me the story. The LT is getting SUPER pissed off about the length of this private conversation, at this point. Good. LT tried to call me off, call me to come over, and Millett looked at him. It stopped then. We continued the conversation, and I asked him what brought him here today, and he informed me that he was here to put flowers on this son's grave. His son was killed in combat. That was a very sobering moment, and I had tears in my eyes when I saluted that man. That was a once in a lifetime experience, that in turn guided my early (then) military career. I had one final question for him, before we parted, and I asked him directly, "Sir, why did you come up to me, and address me today?" His answer was simple. He stated that he enjoyed our performance in that Funeral Detail - and I was the only Ranger in the group. He said he didn't want to talk to anybody else about it, and if I was a Ranger Private, he would have chosen to talk to the Ranger Private. That's when I teared up and saluted the man. And shook his hand. What a fuckin' REAL AMERICAN. That talk changed my life.
  18. I've talked extensively about this man, what a hero. I met him before be passed. I was in awe, just of his demeanor. He didn't want to talk to my LT - he wanted to talk to me. That pissed the LT off, but whatever. Know your role, newbie. It's good to see this video. It pays the man some tribute to what I've been saying for years, off the few brief minutes I got to spend with the man.
  19. Roman needs THREE...
