  1. This is a REALLY good one!
  2. Here's directly what alot of people do not understand about the US Constitution, and the Bill of Rights... These documents, from our fore fathers - they don't tell you, as an individual, what you CAN do, or what your rights are. They directly DO tell you what the US Govt cannot do against you. The Constitution doesn't restrict you, as an individual, in any way - it restricts the government, in every way. The Constitution breaks down your individual rights, that are given to you, that the government cannot infringe. These are God Given RIghts. And it's all spelled out, in detail. It's not a document for individuals, it's a document that directly spells out what the government cannot do. Period. Somehow, this is all "misunderstood" now, and I don't get it. All they have to do is read the fucking thing. Off my
  3. I love the US Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and everything that goes with it. I've sworn to defend it, against all enemies, Foreign and Domestic, for several years of my life. For all of my young life. It guided me into life now, along with the Ranger Creed. When looking at all that, getting into the Bill Of Rights, here's the 2A.
  4. This one is also getting good.
  5. He CRUSHED it. Completely.
  6. Here's where it's at now. This is going well, unless you're BATFE. This will stop this agency's over-reach, right here. They'll lose, and they'll elevate it back up, and it will be catastrophic for them... My thoughts...
  7. Chamber that bastard first...
  8. Yeah, you smart-phone fuqrs. Join the Flip Side...
  9. It's up now, because of the stupidity of prices. Especially primers. It's around $2.50 now. RL-22, CCI Large Rifle Magnum primers, and 285gr Hornady projectiles. When I was loading a buck a round, it was 250gr Hornady projectiles, and I stepped up that cost (even then) by moving to the 285s. Still beats the old prices of "being chambered for $6 bills..." Which is probably $8 bills now, for loaded ammo.
  10. Before all the reloading prices went crazy (thanks, COVID ), I was reloading .338 LM for right around a buck a round. It's not that pricey, if you're reloading the stuff. Beats the $6 per round if you're buying ammo.
  11. You definitely needs to stick to Armalite AR-10B patterned parts for this. DPMS mags and Magpul mags are what the AR-10A takes. SR-25 design, not AR-10B design. The mag catch won't matter, 10A or 10B. Won't matter. I think the 10A is a better design. Where the catch position is on the mag body is what determines the height when inserted. The catch doesn't matter. It'll sort out. Just takes some time. Stick with 10B stuff and it'll all sort out faster, and with less stress on the bank account. Pics of what you're dealing with, with the bolt catch, will help. We have a pretty exhaustive thread about bolt catches, with pics and measurements. Or, call Stubborn Mule, and ask them what catch to use.
  12. I love Monterey, man. Love it. Spent several years there, even volunteered to work a few races at Laguna Seca. Where the track is, you have different weather, definitely. Halfway between Monterey and Salinas on 68 - beautiful area. Damn, I miss the awesome scenery around there, and the ocean.

    Flat tops

They're a game-changer. Completely different way to cook. Love my little Camp Chef bastard.
  15. My choice - I get it. But you have it very good...
  16. You fuckers are spoiled.
  17. Nope, no fukkin' way. That's a bad deal. O-Biden is senile, and dangerous. The Turd is doing this on purpose. I wouldn't wish Slo-Joe on any country. But. As my friend @Magwa would say - Bad trade.
  18. These guys used to make all of Noveske's uppers and lower, so start there, you're on the right track with the Noveske LPK. They also (originally) made all the LaRue uppers and lowers, before LaRue brought all that in-house. Noveske and SMOS parted ways in a pretty harsh way, hence the name of this particular lower that you have. This pic: That's definitely the Armalite AR-10 cut on the back of the receiver, and I'll bet you need to be running Armalite AR-10B mags. Which Armalite bolt catch did you try? 10B or 10A? There's a difference.
  19. We're about tied, brother, highs and lows. We beat that hot streak of 110+. That was bullshiit. There's a few days coming up over 110, but we're pretty much the same numbers for the most part, lows a little higher than yours, but not far off. Watched a hell of a monsoon rain storm on the way home today - about 20 miles south of me. It's coming, it just won't get here yet. Needs to start soon, because it's like being in a crisper, with everything just drying out and turning onto tinder...
  20. Kudos to you, brother.
  21. ^^^ When Mad Texan goes Mad Texan - I just have to support him. 100% and then some. Get after it, Mack!
  22. Hellish great rifle, just in the design of the upper/rail fitment, and having zero contact with the barrel. Built-in accuracy, that you don't have to fight, right out of the box. Very few manufacturers have a design like that - around 4 do. Badass gun.
  23. Oooooh!!!
  24. Glad you're back, but I can't believe I just read this whole longass thing, and you didn't post one single picture of either of the guns that you're talking about... You are such a fucking tease. Check this out:
  25. It's how we roll. Plan, make steps - GET SIDE-SWIPED! - and drive on with the original plan. Unless we get side-swiped again... When it comes down to it, when that happens, it won't matter if it's the Bergara or the Tikka - they're both great rifles.
