  1. Background on the guy, Oliver Anthony... Pretty impressive individual.
  2. Worth listening to.
  3. That revolver better be a Bad Motherfucker. I saw that thing yesterday in Sportsman's Warehouse... and it's $125!!! I passed. Need more research on that bug-blaster before I drop $125 on it. The Bug-A-Salts were there, normal price at about $50. That revolver price, though... I'll buy 3 more pump guns for $50 ea, until I can see what that expensive revolver can do better.
  4. The Mass law referenced here is a direct mirror image of the Cali law that's been on the books (in Cali) for a very long time. Basically, transporting firearms THROUGH the state. This will very directly WRECK the Cali law that's on the books there...
  5. This case just defeated restrictions on Concealed Carry Permits. And state lines.
  6. Since we're into it now - this Bad Motherfucker wears a GoPro, so he can get all his Backyard Brawls on video...
  7. Holy SHIIT!!! THAT IS HILARIOUS!!! When I got Tacti-Cat in 2011, I had these two Tortie-calico twins, born 2003. They'd fight all the time. Beat the piss outta each other, when they felt the need. Well, Tacti-Cat comes on scene circa 2011, those bitches were 8 years old, and still fighting. As soon as he was comfortable in the house - those bitches would act up, and fur-fight-ball like a motherfucker. Tacti-Cat would rip RIGHT INTO the middle of it, from where ever he was napping, and break that shiit up RIGHT NOW, just like that. Every single time. He was a tick over 1 year old then. Once he was comfortable in the house - that was HIS HOUSE!!! Fuk yeah, that was awesome, Dion.
  8. Yep, that's a no-shiit Double Feed. Double Feeds are ALWAYS magazine related. There's no other way around that. Mark that magazine with a silver Sharpie, and go shoot it more to confirm it, then smash it with a hammer after confirmation. Nothing else cause a TRUE Double Feed, but a mad magazine. Nothing. And that's a true double feed, right there in that pic. 2 live rounds trying to enter the chamber at the same time. You stated what you sent the gas port to, you stated the gas system length - but you didn't state the barrel length of the new BA barrel, nor the gas block journal diameter... Need to know the barrel length. I can guess the journal diameter, because you're re-using that Race Gun adjustable gas block from JP - so, it's probably the same journal as last time, on the Faxon pencil. Rifle gas, 16"? Rifle gas 18"? Rifle gas, 22"?... no idea. Dwell time, gas block journal diameter, and a proper recoil system is what makes these things run right, all the time. Your recoil system is good. Now, the rest of the details on the BA barrel. We'll fix it - need more data.
  9. Dirk, @DNP, how did that rain treat you guys? And winds? We had highass wind yesterday due to that, and had heavy cloud cover, nice temps (best so far, 93 high I think), and light-to-medium rain tonight. I'll have a low down into the 70's tonight because of that. And that hasn't happened here for quite some time. Hope you are all good, and didn't get all fuqd up by this.
  10. I will certainly give a good report on it's performance...
  11. I'll pick one of these up - I've worn out 3 of the originals so far. I need to get another one anyway, might as well have the rifle/pistol combo.
  12. Nope, doesn't work that way, brother. It's just hot all over. Except at Dirk's house... That 110* you got coming up on Sunday, from what you posted... - THAT is gonna suck!... That's when shiit gets REAL... Gimme an AAR on that one. I don't envy you.
  13. This is pretty eye-opening. Worth the hour it takes for it, trust me. Game Wardens. I've been watching Joe Pickett, and every single time I see him, the actor, I think of @Matt.Cross, I'm not kidding. Honest, law abiding, black and white, that's the way it is. I watch Joe Pickett, I see Matt. I really do. Personality traits, of the actor - and Matt's traits. Straight-laced as fuk, and honest, to the bone. Sorry, side-tangent there. This is on another level, though. Game Wardens, on the frontline battlefield in the war on drugs. War on illegal pot. This is wild. Mexican Cartels operating INSIDE the borders of the US. Watch it... Yes, Matt - you are the .308AR Preacher... I mean that in none other than reverent tone, as well.
  14. don't know if I'm missing something, or looking at your pictures of your gun wrong, but these receivers are amazing... ^^^ Those receivers don't look like the receiver on the gun you posted... What am I not looking at correctly here?...
  15. You definitely don't suck, brother - you DO shoot well. Have no worries.
  16. Best bet on this is hearing from @392heminut - He's mostly an IDPA shooter, but I'll be he knows about the IPSC stuff, too.
  17. Progress is progress, brother - and this is a great update!
  18. Who's scope mount did you use? That's a damn good looking gun.
  19. She REALLY liked Ron...
  20. This was filmed at the Dillon Aero Range. Their range is literally minutes away from the SDTF. Just sayin'...
  21. Blake Wilkey is a badass barefoot-driving mofo...
  22. You nailed it. And it's origin - being oppressed by a (then) tyrannical England. You nailed it right on the head, brother. The originators of that framework and those documents were well versed in being oppressed, fighting back and beating it, and what to do in the future, about it. The strong men had to beat weak men, in this own country, in order to get that all approved - and everyone had to fight like hell - but the framework for this country was not an accident.
  23. ^^^Truth, right there.
  24. If you're missing the collett for it, just use the shell holder. Most bullet pullers are made to hold a shell holder.
