First kill with the 308 AR

Here is my first animal taken with the new 308 AR.

This is a wolf. (young one).

Shot at about 40 yards and not much of a challenge for this gun.

My two hunting buddies also each have tags yet. Hopefully this weekend we will get two more.

After I shot this one, the pack moved off and hasn't been back in two weeks.

Yessir, the 308 hit em hard. Big effin hole on exit.

Going up this afternoon for the weekend to see if we can get more Wolf and Deer.

Thanks everyone! Unfortunately, we only saw porcupines and woodpeckers this past weekend.

The deer seem to only be moving at night and we didn't hear any wolves.

Oh well, muzzleloader season starts soon.
