When Nixon took us off the gold standard it all became just numbers on a balance sheet. They can adjust the numbers in a myriad of ways, whatever suits their purpose. I'm a firm believer in turning every number on the balance sheet I can into a hard asset, like 7075 aluminum,Carpenter 158 steel, 516R stainless,brass, copper, lead,etc............the guberment or the sheeple are always welcome to come and try to collect their "fair" share of those assets from this cracker..........

The country is filled with Aaron Lewis', about 2:30 he lays down why the guy in the video will never realize his ideals.

Kinda cool to see Charlie Daniels and George Jones in there...

"kinda" is the operative word there;) I don't think there is a state with legalized pot I would want to live in, I'm a midwest country boy from birth.

My libertarian viewpoint makes me think ALL drugs should be legal and plentiful, there would be lots fewer stupid people in short order. The idea that government, Dr's, and big pharma get to decide what drugs are "good" for me and what I should pay for them is just wrong. Like the vast majority of Americans I have enough intelligence to figure it out for myself if the government could just be trusted to do basic, unbiased research.

Free market pot is/was much better system.

The thing we wanted was decriminalization, not legalization.

Decriminalization means its like corn or soy or tomato's, legalization makes it like booze, taxed new bureaucracy, etc.

Don't get a medical marijuana card and go try and buy a gun, won't happen.

The whole thing sucks IMO.

My understanding from talking with people still in the "market" is that legalization has led to higher costs here in Iowa and other neighboring states. The high tax rate has caused the market to adjust to the higher costs pricing the illegal product just under the legal.

I have cousins that have moved to Colorado to start their own farms and get rich.....they have lost everything invested and then some so it isn't the growers making the higher profits, some entity in the middle is getting rich.....wonder who????????

Another sign of this "open season" crap, hope they fry these guys even though they couldn't hit schit;

Unfortunately the taxpayers will need to spend millions on this schitbag's defense, appeals, incarceration, etc.  These scum should simply be blown away.  We are trying to play the game the way the communist media wants it played, much like fighting wars to win hearts and minds, a completely mindless exercise.  Bottom line, kill your enemies and those who attack society's protectors.

....engrBob has my vote for executioner. It has always been my thought and I believe Planeflyer mentioned it as well recently...if there is enough evidence, trial should be short, execution should be fast. I think we need a 3 appeal max system. Solid evidence...zero appeal working its way up to circumstantial getting 3 shots. Maybe only 2. Saves money, time, and headaches. Don't do the crime if you don't want to be publicly stoned to death.
