First Grade

So my son Dylan started first grade this week. The teacher sent home a small questionnaire to help fill her in on each of her new students. The first question asked to describe the kids in a few words. Just for you guys I ended with LOQUACIOUS. He's a talkative little man and will tell you about anything and everything...even if he has to make some of it up along the way.

Every time I hear that damn word I think of this China man in Shanghai..........

 

we're walking thru Shanghai one night and this little man sitting on his "taxi" a peddle trike says hi to my friend Laurie and I. We say hi he asks us some questions and make small talk and Laurie asks him his name (a lot of people over there use a English name along with there given name) dude looks at us and tells us his name is La-quee-sha. We were alil dumb founded and I tried not to laugh my ass off but yea every fucking time one of you uses that word........
