It's a members-only place.  In the old days, you had to have an invite from a current member just to get in.  Now, you can just hit the site and sign up.

It seems somewhat similar to Experticity (minus the needing to be a LEO or MIL part).  I don't recommend that site for most things.  Too much S&H and other last minute charges.  It's like booking a hotel.  I did like seeing the DVOR site with Eberlestocks though.  I can't say enough about their quality.  Awesome packs.  I just bought their range bag recently.  Couldn't be happier.

DVOR and GovX  are both having huge sales right now. It looks like I’m going to purchase both the backpacks I wanted (The VERTX and the hazard4)  and I’ll save about $100 in the process. DVOR has a better selection than GovX. Their site looks better too. I think DVOR is owned by Optics Planet.

I got the Hazard plan B, OD for $60.00. l got good deals there. They have great knife deals. Never had a problem we them.
