When we are done, approaching the weight of a Barret m107.

Keep in mind its intended application - its not meant to be rolled around in the sand.

Following your thread over on ARF - you're catching hell over there.  Keep at it, man - it's innovation.  <thumbsup>

I wish I had some sort of fore warning about ARFCOM. I've never seen so many internet thugs who own guns centered in one garbage can of a forum.  <dontknow>

Wouldn't bother following the thread to much over there - that bookmark went to the trash bin pretty quickly.  ::)

Hang out here, man - you're in the .308, we're all about the .308.  It's a happy marriage...  Wait.  :o  That's almost an oxymoron...  <lmao>

You're quite welcome here.  <thumbsup>

Hey guys, he told us back in September that he was doing something innovative...  <thumbsup>

This is my #2 LR-308

I am also a custom part creator for this platform and will have a prototype of a new part to share with you in a few weeks. It will be like nothing you have ever seen.  ;D

Thanks for the warm welcome. Its a pleasant change.

As far as various calibers - we are focused on on the .308 fully for the time being. There is still so much work to do I can't imagine turning to other projects until this one is done.

Tell you what. Give me till Feb when revision 1 is done and I'll go into quite a bit of detail and hopefully supply some target feedback.

kudos my man.  way to think outside the box.  anytime i do a build i always try to do something that you normally do not see or something noone has done.  A+ for creativity.  you can always say that noone in the world has the same ar308 as you.  plus if you do catch poop.  just tell them EAD

good job bro

One more piece of the puzzle arrived finally...

It is the "over-sized" version so it retains the same performance as the Recoil Eliminator brake they also produce.

If no one has checked out JP Enterprise's website there is a video of one of their engineers shooting a full auto AR one handed with ease.

Welcome LLArms!!

BARF dot com sure is a rude surprise. Years ago I went there while searching for Mini14 info. My BS filter filled up in about 3 seconds, then ripped from the weight from all the worthless crap on every thread. Wouldn't surprise me if it was run by the Bradys...BARF would turn any newbie away from guns forever.

Well - like I told the site owner here - so far this community has been extremely laid back and pleasant. I usually expect a couple of odd ball low jab insults based on our project because it is different and odd looking during its development cycle.

None so far here - I think you guys are spoiling me.  <laughs>
