planeflyer21 Posted October 27, 2012 Report Posted October 27, 2012 How many cases do you have for any given caliber? The most I have that I reload for any one of them is .357 Magnum...thousands and thousands. Like 3,500 to 4,000 of them.I like to be prepared. So there are a couple of less GB .308 once fired auctions today than yesterday. A thousand cleaned, deprimed, swaged, and resized for each auction. One guy emailed immediately and said I could double the order for x-amount more. ;D May have to do that.I also have bunches and bunches of 9mm Luger/x19/NATO/Parabellum and .45acp, as the LE agencies leave them on the ground at the range. For the oddball stuff just enough to get by. 1,000 .45 Colt and 500 .25-20WCF.What do you guys stock?Jon

98Z5V Posted October 28, 2012 Report Posted October 28, 2012 Just counted out one of the "not packed completely full" bags, and there was 625 in it. I have 13 of those, so an estimated 8,125 that I need to get off my ass and load up... <laughs>
unforgiven Posted October 29, 2012 Report Posted October 29, 2012 My bad I figured 5.56 not .308. :o :cookoo:
98Z5V Posted October 29, 2012 Report Posted October 29, 2012 It's 5.56, brother - I just counted the first bag I could get my hands on. You could easily get another 200 into the bag I grabbed - that's just what went through the tumbler that day, so it was bagged as-is. <thumbsup>
planeflyer21 Posted October 29, 2012 Author Report Posted October 29, 2012 I'm constantly surprised at how much brass fits in a gallon size freezer baggie.Even more so at how much loaded ammo they hold. :oJon

ces777 Posted October 31, 2012 Report Posted October 31, 2012 ok so now I am curious- as I am very new to this whole thing. A few hopefully not so dumb q's...What is the actual cost difference in reloading vs factory? What are the major pro's cons to reloadingAlso, can't reloads void your weapon warranty?
