posting photo's?

How do you post photos on this new sight ?

 

Or how do you find the URL ?

 

Do I have to use an off sight photo bucket or some thing like that ?

To attach pictures click the "More reply Options" in the lower right of the post box. That opens the "Attach File" dialogue. One difference from the old site. After selecting your picture you must click "Attach this file" That will instantly upload the picture into the current post. If you dont click the button the file wont upload.

Im so used to the old software I cant tell you how many times I forget to click the attach file button.

I have jpeg greater than 2mb in size. I cannot post these as attach files, and when I try to post using a URL it says it won't accept this type of file. Do I need to translate the files into something other than a jpeg?

Need to make the file smaller. 2mb is the limit. Greater than 2mb will fail.

How do I rotate a photo 90 degrees to the right for my avatar? My IPad shows the photo to be oriented correctly but once I upload it, the photo is rotated 90 degrees.

I phone pix are a pig but I've found if I email from my phone and choose to send it in small version then copy pix again to my photo album I can then choose smaller pix ( less quality) and it will work in attached files. Seri hates it when I swear at her!! ;)
