In Arizona it is a felony to harass hunters/trappers/fishermen.

As to this guy...taking popshots at people with permission to be on that private property...he's lucky he only got arrested.

This is the other guy, there seems to be tension in the northern parts of the state between the Hmong and other sportsman. The Hmong (not saying all) don't like use "sporting" methods some times. I've heard stories of 50 of them coming thru the woods banging pots to drive deer and a few other wild stories. At one time Chai tried playing the race card saying they were yelling racist slander at him. Think it's pretty evident he was in the wrong seeing 3 were shot it the back. Also I understand many land owners frustrations with trespassers poop gets old real quick like!

I've had shots fired at or near me in the duck feild before its a scarry feeling hearing a bullet wiz by! Fish and game investigated but no suspect guessing it was some punkass kids.

I know that had to be scary as hell to have some animal nut shooting at you. I always take my conceal carry gun with me when I go hunting because you just never know, besides I usually only carry 6 rounds in my mag when I deer hunt to keep weight down and were only allowed 10  total in our hunting rifles.

Tough call, right there - return fire, or not?

If that asshat was firing close enough that it's life threatening, returning fire might have been the answer.

These guys obviously didn't, but...

Had schithead hit one of them, as the other guy in the boat, I'd honestly be thinking, "I'm next..." and return on the douche.

Not a good situation to be in.

When I hunt, I always carry a side arm... it is NOT for hunting. Generally it's my SA 1911 TRP Operator with plenty of reloads.

I also keep my "other rifle" in my vehicle. You know, just in case.

Everyone needs a handgun - so you can fight your way to a rifle.

Golden Rule.  <thumbsup>
