Robocop1051
Anyone interested in a .22lr build? I'm thinking of contacting Taccom3G about their .22 setup. I'm going to do the build regardless, but thought I'd bring in any others that may be interested. Also looking at triggers.... anyone have a preference for a trigger GB? If there's interest, I'll put in the leg work to see if a GB is even an option.
Robocop1051
I forgot... BAD Inc too! I'm thinking it's HIGH time for a mass 308AR.com order!
Tripledeuce
I'd be potentually interested in two of the 22lr! Don't know about the triggers. Respectfully Terry
Robocop1051
I'm thinking of asking for two options from Taccom; Their complete upper, and then just their barrel and bcg (for those of us who want to build on our own format). Any preferences?
Tripledeuce
I'd prefer the bolt and bbl combo. Terry
Robocop1051
Hmmm, maybe I should bring this to Tactical22.net too
shepp
Depending on price I maybe interested Edited November 3, 2013 by shepp
Robocop1051
Depending on price I maybe interested What sounds reasonable? Based on the information on their website, www.taccom3g.com; A complete upper assembly, with a buffer plug, is approx $518 after shipping Just the barrel, BCG and plug is approx $343 after shipping A 5% or 10% GB discount (not really sure what their overhead is, and what they can afford) would be in the neighborhood of $493-$472 for the complete upper, or $327-$312 for the basic builder parts. This is just a "ballpark" figure/estimate that I came up with, and is in NO WAY based on any conversation with Taccom.... I haven't even tried to contact them yet. This is strictly for interest purposes.
Robocop1051
Ok, I shot Taccom3G an email today. We'll see if he's interested. Cross your fingers.
Microgunner
I'm in for a complete rifle.
Microgunner
Just noticed, they don't sell lowers. That sucks because if I'm going to go ULW I want that CF butt stock too, so, I'll need to build a lower for this rifle.

DNP
Hmmmmmmmmmm Looking for another excuse to not pick up the MRAD? Stay on the path....
Rsquared
Nope. Still staying focused on the primary objective. That's why I've been laying back on any other purchases recently. That.....and I've got to do some work on my roof. It's getting pretty long in the tooth and may need some serious upgrades of it's own. No excuses though. My original plan is still in the works. DNP
So....you're going to have it with you for the graduation party??... Who needs a roof...you know how much ammo you could buy with that?
Rsquared
YES. And......if you've ever been cold or wet (people in general)......you'd appreciate a roof. Sometimes......a little can do a lot.
