That's a good deal. You will like it. Is it the A or B model? I am guessig B in that it will use Armalite proprietary mags.

Here's a cheap handguard - I've use their 7.2" one on an earlier build. No complaints whatsoever.

By looking at the mag. It's a B model. That's what all of mine are Phil. You'll love it. And you're right. She's just fine the way she is. I just meant that there's a bunch of options, since you said that you really didn't want the round handguard.

If you found a 10-CT on GB for 1400, I'd snag it.

 

Throw on some mounts to your very favorite scope and get to the range. Nice find. 

 

The only other I'd look at in the 1400 range is an M&P 10, other than that, ?

Maybe check out Buds before you buy. They are taking offers as well. Buncha AR308 for less than 1400.
