  1. I would almost be surprised if Tom doesn't already have this. https://rtstactical.com/products/rts-tactical-bulletproof-memory-foam-pillow?_pos=1&_psq=pillow&_ss=e&_v=1.0
  2. I'm your huckleberry.
  3. It's funny because it's true.
  4. Will an FRT work in an AR57? Asking for a friend. I looked before posting and found this. The short answer is that it requires a modified bolt.
  5. Awesome info. I would have loved to seen the video.
  6. Great pictures @shepp
  7. Do you use half the water, or thereabouts?
  8. There is/was one on the USS Intrepid museum in NYC. It is a very cool place to visit. There are planes from multiple eras available for viewing there. There is/was one of the space shuttles on a nearby barge as well. It's been over 20 years since I have been though. It would be much better if it weren't in NY.
  9. I have plugged a battery charger into my power station and charged a car battery for an hour until it would start. I still had plenty of power remaining. The biggest power draw I I ever plugged in was a dual halogen work light I plugged in to it. It would not run both lights at once. The circuit tripped every time I tried. It would run one at a time, but it sucked about 1% of battery power per minute.
  10. Into the solar panel or the power station?
  11. @Rsquared a new Star Trek
  12. I have one of the Jackery power stations. It works well. So far, I have only charged it using a wall outlet, but it is great to operate a couple of things when you don't want to run a generator.
  13. @Magwa, did you ever run across these guys in your early career?
  14. I wish I could have found the mini version of it. It has a 10 inch barrel and a pistol brace on the back to make it over 26 inches.
  15. I have a semi automatic version that is made by Black Aces Tactical. It works well but took a while to break in. It works better with 1300+ fps loads.
  16. $875.99 at Kygunco https://www.kygunco.com/product/mossberg-990-aftershock-12-gauge-14.75-5rd-black?avad=211021_c41341e31
  17. I bought this on an auction for about $55. It is a previously loved Benchmade 9100 Stryker. ad619de7-7a2b-44d0-8fe6-e512df1354fa.mp4
  18. We are cloudy and 85 today. It is supposed to rain and possibly storm over the weekend.
  19. That's not good to have falling from the sky.
  20. @98Z5V, I expect to see this room for your cats in the fall.
  21. I found a couple of chuck roasts in the mark-down section and wanted to try something different. I marinated them overnight in a hot and spicy marinade. Then put them on the pellet grill at about 250. I wrapped them up at 165°F with some beef tallow for extra moisture. I pulled them at about 201-4 (depending on where I measured). It took almost 12 hours to finish. I did not let it rest nearly long enough (about 30 minutes) because I was hungry and it was past my bedtime. It looks good and tastes good but there's no hint of the hot and spicy marinade. I will try this again but use more marinade for longer. I will also use my propane smoker. It gives better smoke. It needs to be left on for a few more degrees to be slightly more tender. If I can get it to taste right, I may bring this to the fall shoot instead of pulled pork.
  22. I didn't know where to put this so I figured I would start here. @98Z5V does this seem realistic? I guess we could have people go towards the hill and see what we can tell
