That's just how it works man...nothing is scarier than something you don't understand. I still laugh so hard about this whole deal...not at you or the pain you were going through...at Delta's unfortunate fate of this happening to you. From what I have seen, it is physically impossible for you to cuss, yet you're about as country as they come. If you're not insulting or cussing, they can't hang up!
