Shep, did you desalinate at all after brining? Try soaking in water fro 8 hours after you brine next time. It will take a lot of the salt out. The salt is needed during the brining, but you can remove it before you smoke it. Change the water a couple times while it desalinates. Looks good man.

Different styles of rifling on those. Looks to be the main difference. Both are very reputable companies and if it were me I'd go with Criterion. Though, it would be a biased move on my part as they are here on this site and have been very helpful over the time they've been here. Also, both of those barrels would far outperform my capabilities.

Yep. The machine sorting the mail has to optically read the addresses. That data is stored. Same thing goes for every document you scan or photocopy on the copier at work. All of that data is within its internal hard drive and can be retrieved. Destroy hard drives whenever you trade in or sell a copier as all of the SSN's and important docs for all of your employees/clients and whatnot are there.
