  1. That happened right before a boat full of playboy bunnies rolled up and took turns blowing him.
  2. Nightstick one of em for me if you get to go. Tell them I'm tired of seeing protests over armed criminals with long records getting shot during non-compliant encounters with LE.
  3. This is like piss poor parenting. Everytime they let one of these "temper tantrums" go unchecked, all we are doing is showing that we will tolerate it. They should have put 200 people down and put them down hard. Make those fuckers think about it next time.

Bears lost that game. Wish the 9ers had signed it. Would have had good ol Steve Young on there.

Holy poop....I might finally have somewhere to offload this ball. I think I got this at an auction when I was in 5th or 6th grade. I believe the signatures are only from the Bears. Haven't really researched it that hard.
  6. Seeing as they're white...as a social just warrior, I actually propose we bring Swedish women as slaves. No?
  7. Drive me crazy? Naw....I'm already waaaay past crazy. I need to to find something to sell. I must have something around here worth enough to trade for a .45. I got a five year old in pretty good shape, anyone know what kidneys go for? I'll let the 16month old keep his a little longer.....unless it's worth a lot more. Anyone know?
  8. Those forged guys are right here local! Will have to check them out.
  9. Welcome from San Diego. I picked up a handful of AR-15 lowers last month. I'd like to track down one nice billet set and maybe one more 308 set before the end of the year.
  10. I was a little too close to the bow with the warning shot eh? Poor guy has a grandson in his 3rd year of college right now.
  11. He is definitely old and crusty. He'll be 58 this year. Celebrates is 40th anniversary the weekend after.
  12. Right on. Thank you. I owned an assisted as shown above in the thread and it was only nice if it was cleaned and adjusted regularly. Been it was nice though...it was really nice. Never owned an auto. That's probably more along the lines of what he's looking for. I asked for specifics and he could only say...."something you can't have, other than that I don't know". When asked why..."because I can?" His is birthday is coming up quick and apparently this is what he wants.
  13. So, my dad is looking for a new folder. He's wanting something he can have as a member of the LE group that us normal Califonia kids can't have. To make it complicated...because that's how he likes things...he has an issue that must also be addressed. He has nerve damage in his right hand (which is the dominant one). His thumb is not as strong as it could be but mostly he has very little feeling in his thumb. I gave him one of my CRKT's with the Carson flipper and thought that would work....turns out, not much feeling in the index finger either. I'm amazed he can shoot as well as he does. He had five brothers growing up and he punched one of them through a glass shower door probably around Jr High age. Dumbass move. Cut his wrist pretty bad-the first doctor wanted to know if they wanted him to cut it off at the wrist or the elbow! Anyone got any thoughts on a blade that might fit gimpy's requirements of easy open and out of reach of the "average" California citizen?
  14. I'm here for the drum circle....when do we get sing kumbaya?....

Shep, did you desalinate at all after brining? Try soaking in water fro 8 hours after you brine next time. It will take a lot of the salt out. The salt is needed during the brining, but you can remove it before you smoke it. Change the water a couple times while it desalinates. Looks good man.

I know how it is. I'm right there with you and haven't even put in a weekend day. The crap part is, the time card still says about 80.

Yum. You are way too patient.
  18. Different styles of rifling on those. Looks to be the main difference. Both are very reputable companies and if it were me I'd go with Criterion. Though, it would be a biased move on my part as they are here on this site and have been very helpful over the time they've been here. Also, both of those barrels would far outperform my capabilities.
  19. Yep. The machine sorting the mail has to optically read the addresses. That data is stored. Same thing goes for every document you scan or photocopy on the copier at work. All of that data is within its internal hard drive and can be retrieved. Destroy hard drives whenever you trade in or sell a copier as all of the SSN's and important docs for all of your employees/clients and whatnot are there.
  20. Nope...tom vs 308ar set the case law for this one. Product announcements don't count.
  21. Hey now, just cause it doesn't match the outfit on your Barbie....doesn't mean that isn't an excellent link to a newer product on Brownell's site! Man those guys have everything!?

Salt wasn't too bad. A little longer soak next time might dull it down a bit more though There was none in the rub, so that didn't hurt it any. I went a little heavy putting he rub on, so there was a bit too much pepper in the final product. Taking some to work today, will see how it is for round two.

Very nice Sketch. Might have to to back off the rub a little on the next attempt. And may soak a little longer I rushed the process as usual. Only soaked for 4 hours to remove salt from corned beef. Rubbed and had in Refridgerator for 11 hours instead of "a day or two". Smoked at 225 for about 9 hours and pulled off at 202 internal.
