“Sure, I’ll play your silly little game if it makes you feel better and keeps things moving.” I’m hoping I never have to fly with my guns. It’s hard enough figuring out how to legally transport them in my car in CA in a manner that won’t land me in trouble should I run into the wrong person. I don’t get into a lot of interactions with officers, but it would be my luck that the one time things weren’t locked separately “enough” , I’d get pulled over by “that guy”.

It’s California. We’re trying to get them trained up for their future of affordable housing. There’s tents all over town…might as well get to figuring it out now.

Time limit is pretty short. We get used to it..,and don’t hold it against you if you correct yourself a bit. One thing not to do is post anything you didn’t mean to have up there. I constantly wait to reread my post until I hit the go button….I’ve had to change that a bit. Sometimes a misspelling isn’t worth the fix now.

Double up on the chain, or put some really heavy stuff on that one.

What would be the benefit of something like that? If you’re going to reach 16”, why not have more barrel than flash hider? I would have to imagine the weight would be similar. Lower velocity a goal? Just curious…not trying to poke.

Just so you know…I don’t think anyone here would think you’re trying to be some sort of post whore for having back to backs. The timing out is a little different than the edit issue. I don’t know how long they can add to that, but another poster here who regularly has lengthy posts has adopted writing the post in another place…word, notepad, whatever…when he knows he’s about to go on a long one. Then it’s copy/paste when it’s done. While I agree, that’s just a work around to a silly issue…it works.

That’s no fun.heal up quick. Don’t call Stag on that. You want to measure it yourself and then you know for absolute certain what you have. You can use numbered drill bits.

They should both help one way or another. The armalite has never been found to be a problem and that’s why it’s the go-to for everyone here. There are plenty of others that have worked. Did you check out the size of the gas port in the barrel? I haven’t re-read the thread to see if that info came up.

Yep. Any one of them that is the right size and coupled with the correct spring. The depth of your tube will determine exactly what you need.
