Went with badger ordnance rings on my knock off FN SPR. Can't remember which height, but 88.5 is stuck in my head for some reason. Just the regular set (two screws) not the Max ones (3 screws). Seems to hold on well.

Talking about this AR's are a disease, similar to alcoholism. One isn't enough and ten is just getting started. My comment however was back to beer. Sorry.

It's a dumb ass law. And this would make it a little more what it was originally intended to be....scratch that, it's exactly what they intended it to be. Another hurdle. What it was sold to the people as was a means to keep angry people from running to the gun store and purchasing a gun in the heat of passion to head out and do damage. 10 days should cool you off, no? How does that make any sense if you already own a firearm, or several? The dumbest part of the current rule...if you had to order your gun, like a lot of folks did during the last craze, and you waited 6 months for it to arrive...you then had to start your 10 day wait when it got to the store. Even though you just waited six months. Explain to me how this wasn't designed as an infringement and a giant "up yours" to gun owners...

Someone send me an email that the FN SPR is affected too. Make it look official so the wife will believe it....

So, if he was chasing Mr. Brown...there would be casings spread all over, not just in one spot. Would probably be the same if he was retreating? New rule. Police have to number the casings as they load them into the weapon. Then color code the mags. This will allow us to better understand the scene. Sounds crazy, but I bet it would actually help an investigation.

You'll survive. I'm sure of it. Just like beer, you don't always have to get the best stuff to enjoy it. Some people just really like MGD....I'm not sure what's wrong with em, but they like it. Could be worse though...at least it's not bud light. I sure wish you would purchase that bipod so I can give up this bit. It's getting old even from my end.
