Going to need a lot more info to get better responses. Hopefully someone can link the “water boarding” thread…I can’t at the moment. Basically describes the things you’re going to get asked. Parts list, measurements of things like the internal of the buffer tube, length of the buffer and spring, weight of the buffer etc.

If they both work in another upper, and you can’t see an obvious sign of what is stopping it…I’d call Aero. Just like all manufacturing, sometimes a bad one escapes the QC process. -

No worries at all. You’ll see there are plenty of jabs thrown around here…all in good fun. I’m used to the Cali stuff…born and raised here. We’re in a constant battle with a few other state for who can have the most ridiculous gun laws.

You also have to understand that dealerships make their money on service, not the cars…so making it difficult for owners to work on it themselves and adding time and complication to the service makes them money.

Not the case. Engineers be like: we just added 6 hours to the service on that vehicle and raised billions for the company. You’re welcome.
