  1. Pours another cup of coffee...fuk it. Ain’t going out there today.
  2. Yeah, a little. Damn! It tried at our place Monday. Sleet and little flurries all day. No sticking. Kids were bummed, but I’m alright with no snow.
  3. I was gonna say, there’s only 4 modes - work, reloading, shooting, building. Rinse and repeat.
  4. How the fuk???
  5. Humble. And good lookin too. One of those gay overweight AZ bodybuilder types. I gotta ask why Tanner is so thin though? Is it because he never puts down the dremel tool long enough to pick up a fork?
  6. There is a lot of data on here of full PSA rifles being fixed. Some of the guys have had good luck and gotten rifles that seem to function OK, but many have well documented issues that were easy to fix and PSA just doesn’t seem to want to change. Some of the parts you will need to stick with PSA on. You’ll want their upper receiver for certain and I’m not sure what other pieces they have that are proprietary. If you read through a few of the “fixing” threads, you should get a pretty good idea of what direction to go to make sure you get a well functioning rifle when you’re done. Get the right recoil system straight out of the gate, pick a decent barrel and you’ll be off to a good start. You don’t have to spend a fortune to build a solid rifle, but know what you’re buying before you get it and you’ll keep the headaches to a minimum if any at all.
  7. Welcome from San Diego. I’ll hit your build thread to throw my thoughts in there.
  8. Every electronic device has a little smoke built in. As soon as you let it out, it’s all over.
  9. Welcome from San Diego. That’s a great looking setup you’ve got on the porch. Hopefully you find this forum to be a place you can visit often to share your retirement fun. A word of warning, hide your wallet now and watch out for some of these guys...they know very well how to help you spend your money on things you didn’t even know you wanted.
  10. Need to start Yellowstone. Just finished The Ranch. We liked that 70’s show...so that was helpful.
  11. Correct me if I’m wrong... ”then let’s just quit right now while you’re still ahead”.
  12. Fits great...now I can drag a rifle around the yard a little easier when I’m working. Thanks again!
  13. This came in the mail a little while back. A really good dude I met at the Fall Shoot hooked me up with this gun rack/bag setup...finally had a chance to throw it on. @shooterrex
  14. ...both?
  15. “I unplugged it as soon as I heard “tic tic tic tic tic”...probably within 5 tics...” yeah...that was electricity arcing across boards that aren’t supposed to see power like that. Smoked a $240 antenna cable...not meant to carry power. Turned it solid/stiff. Who knows if anything else was damaged, but still appears to work luckily. Could have been a $40k mistake. I wish he would have told me he doesn’t know anything about batteries when I supplied him with a new pair of cables to install.
  16. I think that guy used to work for me. I don’t know if you can spot the problem here, but each of those cables power a separate unit. One powers the GPS base station and the other a radio...

Kids don’t care for the death dust...so the big bag I have is lasting me quite a while. That rub right there is amazing. He nailed that one. Perfect heat, great flavor. I coat my wings in that stuff straight. Toss them in a bag of olive oil and dust. I might do some 3:1 secret weapon and dust next time.

  20. That was really good. Great share.
  21. When in doubt, throttle out...that’s what we were always told.
  22. Merry Christmas to all my fellow deplorables. You too @Robocop1051
  23. I feel like I’ve been pretty good this year and deserve both of those things....my wife may not think so, but there’s always hope.
  24. Yeah, but Doc doesn’t want us to get what we deserve....so I guess boxes of ammo and a blowjob are off the table.
  25. Merry Christmas folks. Going to be a quiet one for us this year. Going over to the parents this afternoon to say Merry Christmas and maybe let the kids ride the horses a bit. Tomorrow it’s mother-in-law and her husband over for breakfast. Cloudy out, cold and windy. No snow for Christmas, but maybe on Monday. Looking forward to seeing what Santa brings for everyone!
