    Another option would be to apply heat to the gas block then pound it on with a rubber mallet. Your are talking about .001" or .002" correct?

    Ï have a couple Stag bolts,they work fine. H's super bolts are worshipped on the 6.8 forum.

    I don't want to do that. Really need to dial it in with standard type parts. Gas port hole is about the right size. When it does eject it throws the brass at 3 o'clock.

    We shot the 100gr projo's going ~3600fps...Laser Rockets ! Hot loads.

    Going to try a heavyset buffer first then bolt carrier weights next. I have an extra Armalite spring to throw in when I change the buffer.

    Stormcase was mentioned ,wheels jam and handles get caught on pinch points and break while on conveyor belt systems. But a sturdy solid case !

    Try using locking rings by RCBS on the die. This happened with my Lee progressive 1000 so I put locking rings on the dies. No more movement. I also DONT change the caliber from 40S&W.

    Welcome from AZ ! When you break your gun in make sure that you run the BCG WET ! Not just lubed up BUT with Mobil 1 or Càstol GTX dripping on the floor and splashing in your face and on your arms. The break in is more sever than an AR15. Dont forget to run patches through the barrel every few rounds. Good luck and have fun with your new toy.
