The factory night sights on my HK 45C are flashlight activated glow in the dark, not tritium, and they work extremely well.

We're all visceral with short attention spans which translates to "where're the photos?" :D

I don't own one. I just like coming over here to watch you guys. I'd have to pay for this much entertainment locally. ;D

Airsoft, Japanese ersatz implements of war. It's what you end up with when firearms are verboten. Stings the crap out of the bad guys. We get them through once in awhile. They look realistic as hell. Just don't get caught with your batteries down.

I live in Brooksville, Hernando County and work in Tampa, Hillsborough County.

They call it that to refrain from implying their magazines are weak, but a dust cover wouldn't need to depress the top round for the purpose of relieving pressure from the feed lips. A closed bolt will depress the top round on magazines loaded into the rifle.

I keep my magazines loaded, most of them anyway. Constant pressure from being loaded doesn't hurt the springs, it's the loading and unloading that wears them out. Beware, plastic mag feed lips will sometimes spread and fail from the pressure of being constantly loaded outside the firearm. That's why Magpul includes that snap on cover that depresses the top round to relieve the pressure during long term storage.

The older night vision optics we used to deal in were usable during daylight hours by installing the lens cap with a tiny hole in it. This greatly reduced aperture only allowed a small amount of light through without effecting the field of view. Don't know about the ATN brand.

My P226 mags rattle also but I find a couple of bumps of the floor plate against the heel of my hand settle things down.
