  9. Just got back from San Antonio and Dallas.Saw the last Aunt and uncle I have left.Went to the cemetary's San Fernando #2 and Ft. Sam Houston.I have my grandparents and aunt at San Fernando and my 2 uncles and an aunt at Ft. Sam.The sea of headstones at Ft. Sam is crushing. They bury 20 a day there. Finnally had a chance to visit with one of our esteem members here.Brother Jeff [Washguy] and his lovely lady Char.My wife and I had the time of our lives. There is a very good reason why he is the grill master in the grilling section. We had the pleasure of having a pork butt and some Nolan Ryan steaks cooked on the Green mountain that were fukin fantastic. The steaks almost 2" thick were soft as butter, cooked to perfection. If that wasn't good enough we went out to the range where my wife had a chance to get behind an AR.She loved the .300 blackout and the 6.8....the .308 had a little more push for her likein but shot and enjoyed it none the less.Everyone there was super friendly. Then I put on a pistol shooting clinic for my brother with that STI 9mm....BWAHAHAHAH.Damn bueatiful pistol that wife also enjoyed shooting it.We were welcomed with open arms...this kindness will never be forgotten.1 more year and I look forward to visiting my other brother here on this forum.Had a great time.We left for Midway and it was freezing, roads were icy.Got off the plane into the 70's..loved it.I was a little surprised that my brother sounded taller on the phone.Hahahaha,Thanks again brother.

    Deer Season

I am stoked. They have a program to feed the hungry with the deer meat.Going to try my hardest to feed as many as possible.Standard Operator is also an option as i have 5 rd. mags for it already.I will have to put in some serious trigger time for a one shot kill.Neighbor has all the skills for cleaning, butchering and skinning.I am hungry to learn.
  15. Guys I talked to,during Gulf War never cleaned gas tube.Gas blows out,no suction.I could be wrong.

  23. Welcome from Indiana brother Travis. If it worked, then you took it apart and then no worky, has to be something in reassembly. How about a bind in extention tube, spring buffer. In similar situations it was something I did or didn't do to cause a problem where there was none.Just my 2 mags.
