  15. Great link brother alelks, very informative.I was very surprised at the barrel, extractor wear levels of steel vs. brass.Knowing steel is harder but not realizing that it would just about wipe out land and grooves in barrles and blunting the extractor edge.A guy I got my RRA from runs steel through his.The statement of buying a cheaper barrel to run steel through as barrels are a consumable object would give an alternate thought process. While shooting through a 16" using steel you are for the most part in constant a state of barrel erosion and accuraccy degradation. While brass is more money over the long run the increase in barrel life and accuracy is to my benifit in the end.In a pinch it was shown steel isn't as bad as I once thought.
  16. And if the $25.00 wasn't bad enough it was $16.00 for shipping >:( WTF.Had ordered from a shop a little ways down the road, owner called me and said another shop with a range and students that need .22 for qualifiying was getting the ammo as they were out and would not be able to complete.Told her no problem remember me for next shipment.I make a point of telling these people that ammo is for me ,not to turn it around and sell on the internet. :cookoo:
