  1. Yeah baby! :D
  2. Robo and edgecrusher need to get busy!
  3. Some friends of ours were at home, which has a wash running behind it. The husband was standing at the glass door, drinking coffee and staring out, when a coyote jumped their 6' wall, snatched one of their jack russell terriers, and hopped effortlessly back over the wall. She said "I was brushing my teeth when he started shrieking like a woman in the kitchen." <laughs> The remaining dog doesn't go outside unless she has an armed escort.
  4. Saw a review of the KSG and the plastic broke on BOTH action bars at the same time, rendering the shotgun useless.
  5. Only takes a minute: http://gunssavelives.net/polls/poll-should-members-of-the-military-be-able-to-carry-firearms-on-bases-on-american-soil/#
  6. I am the 99%!
  7. This is horribly sad. Prayers for all soldiers and the families. Get ready for the piling on by media and politicos…"PTSD, mental health issues, soldiers with guns, citizens with guns, guns-guns-guns."
  8. They (the communications industry) lobbied so that nobody could unlock anything. Read an article a couple of months ago that they were working on changing that in congress but no idea if it passed.
  9. Yeah…that tequila wears off too brother. And those feet, the extra hair & teeth, and bullets, end up in your skull trying to pound their way out.
  10. Having a current permit, all you need to do is get a renewal application and mail it in, with your money order for $43 made out to AZ DPS CCW Permit Unit. Voíla! All done! AZ no longer requires a renewal class.
  11. Sized and deprimed about 650-700 .45ACP, tumbled the 9mm and .45 brass now.
  12. The old, pre-constitution carry requirements were 5 shots at 5 yards and 5 shots at 10 yards. And you had to score 80% in the big box on a TQ-15 style target (or equivalent). Requirement now is to show proof of firearms training: military, law enforcement/security, NRA "gun safety class" or equivalent. While they were originally accepting that online buffoonery as a "CCW class", they since changed their minds and invalidated some hundreds of permits.
  13. Have you checked to see if you're still 5'10"?
  14. Looking good! Keep it up!
  15. Another point that has been made is that when individual firearms manufacturers capitulate to lawless government demands (e.g. S&W putting locks on all their pistols for Clinton), a fragmented industry leaves us choices.
  16. He's probably covering his tittybar expenses with his backwards lying.
  17. Proper raising of kids!
  18. Very good reads from women in bad situations. http://www.thewellarmedwoman.com/women-and-guns/survival-stories
  19. Those flippin' Chinese are clone meisters. Ever see that report where they were investigating the counterfeit golf clubs marked Calloway? Same report they found a shop there in China that had made a European sports coupe…front half was Mercedes, the back half BMW.
  20. That bear dude could sing a mean version of Scat Man.
  21. I use a similar system but a different reasoning methodology. By Made In The USA first, if there is a choice. Next comes Made In Mexico…keep those phuckers down there and employed. After that comes Canada and Europe, primarily for quality reasons over the remaining choices. Then comes Neighbors of China. Support the bullied over the bully.
  22. He's getting into the miniature heavy equipment market: http://www.amazon.com/Kenworth-Truck-Flatbed-W-Crane/dp/B001M4OCKC/ref=sr_1_12?ie=UTF8&qid=1396294449&sr=8-12&keywords=toy+crane
  23. I really have a problem if it's the last one on the peg/shelf. Remove it and replace it several times, especially if the packaging is FUBARed. Tallywhacker! :fawkdance: Now I won't be able to buy anything unless it's from online!
  24. Glad you're okay. 100% ammo issue. One of our club members did that to his Ruger GP100 with his handloads. Plenty of it shot great…just that one round. And Ruger said "Nope, that's all on you." Everyone needs to take to heart how important double and triple checks are when reloading…especially when you get to the powder charge. Another instructor has several KaBOOM-ed handguns. Every one was an ammo issue. Some squib loads where the shooter fired after plugging the barrel, others multiple powder charges, even a couple of nice old revolvers people shoved +P or +P+ ammo into them.
