  1. Why guess? Stick a tape measure inside it and get the exact measurement.
  2. Outside measurements of the buffer tube don't tell us anything. It's the inside depth that matters.
  3. Everything on their website shows out of stock.
  4. I don't doubt that one bit!
  5. Dude, I don't think your gears EVER quit turning!
  6. I'm sure that wheelgun has a bore sized for the standard .451 diameter 45 ACP bullets. The old revolvers chambered for 45 ACP almost always had bores sized for the .454 diameter of 45 Colt bullets. That .003 difference makes a big difference in accuracy!
  7. It's the torque that makes diesel engines so amazing.
  8. Yup, I've used starting fluid several times.
  9. I have one too that was originally on my DPMS LR308. I'm sure it will end up on another build sooner or later. I really like those stocks.
  10. I'll watch for it brother!
  11. You could probably get the same thing by just taking the lever and spring out of a stock forward assist assembly.
  12. The ones I use seem to be black all the way through, I've never seen any kind of white 'wear through' on any of them.
  13. Yeah, wood has gone up a lot in the last year or two and they said it was due to the forest fires. NOW we know the truth! YOU are the cause with all those 1x4's you've been buying! @DNPDirk may have something to say about this!
  14. I get the same things brother. Just look at the sender's email address and it's apparent Paypal didn't send it. I send a copy to spoof@paypal.com before sending it to spam hell. That at least gives Paypal an opportunity to look into it and maybe do something about it.
  15. Sign of the times! I'll be glad when this feeding frenzy dies down and I can restock, I need to get primers!
  16. I've never had a forward assist on a 308 upper that worked properly and had one that actually broke because it was protruding into the pathway of the bolt carrier. After that I quit putting forward assist in anything I build. If the upper is made for a forward assist it gets one of these; https://www.midwayusa.com/product/100339791?pid=198053 I live in the desert, 30 miles from the Mexican border and we have extremelly dusty conditions here, and I have never, in all the years of shooting AR's, had a forward assist do anything but make the problem worse! The couple of times that happened it had nothing to do with dust or dirt either, it was crappy ammo.
  17. BTW, I forgot to mention it. As always, if a member of the forum wins the raffle I will personally pay to have the gun shipped to the FFL of their choice.
  18. I'm in Tucson helping Josh redo his bathroom but I'll be home tomorrow and get you all your tickets over the weekend.
  19. I got them! Thanks for the support guys!
  20. Got it! Thanks Rex!
  21. Greg, I've never used Venmo and really don't know anything about it. Snail mail works for me too.
  22. For anyone new here, I am in the Choir Boys Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club and every year we raffle a gun to raise funds. These funds go to the families of police officers killed or severely injured in the line of duty. Every dime raised goes to this purpose, nowhere else. This year we are raffling a Smith & Wesson SD9 9mm with a 16 rnd. mag and a Crimson Trace weapon light. This is a nice package and would make a great home defense gun! Tickets are $10 each, and only 500 tickets will be sold. The drawing will be held on the 4th of July, like last year. Thank you to all the members here who have supported us in the past and as always, PM me if you're interested in purchasing tickets. I can do Paypal, Zelle, check money order or cash.
  23. And started educating us about 'meal dots'!
  24. Bike was in my backyard and my homeowner's insurance. Allstate, refused to cover it. They said it was an "act of God"! I dropped them immediately and never gave them another dime. I wouldn't have insurance with Allstate even if they were half the cost of everyone else! You're in good hands my a$$!!!!
