Okay you bastards. So I've been thinking since this originally came up (about 3 whole days ago). I've gotta keep upping the game since Matt and Tom just seem to keep stepping up the yardage. They're doing yardage, so I've gotta bring the equipment. Sooooo. I've been mulling this over. Now granted, there's a good amount of price difference between the two. But I'm thinking about these two optics. AND none of you fukers can hold me to "The Rule" since I ain't asking if any of you bastards have either of these. So, with that being said, let's have a good talk/decision on if I should get either of these for us to play with come the fall. The price just blows me away for what this thing says it is (and is capable of). Now, granted, this one is "JUST" night vision. But it seems like it does a whole hell of a lot for the "cheap" price. If all is true. This thing would definitely be BADASS to put on my SASS since my Nightforce NXS has obviously been regulated (only) to the MRAD after Tom and Matt zero'd that fuker on over 600 yards (and capable of much more). And that thing was banging steel with no problems with no matter WHO we layed down behind it. I know that it seems pricey, but if it can do all that they say that it can do (which realistically I have no doubt). We can have a hell of a time doing the night shoots come this fall. And this thing could easily (meaning probably) take the place of the Nightforce on the MRAD (as if it wouldn't). With all of the features (which the other one has except the thermal capabilities), this would be one FUN FUKIN toy to be able to play with. So ladies. Let's think about this. And let's not just say "BUY IT" just for the sake of saying it. I want to help bring this crowd into the area of superior equipment, and elite talent and performance. We're a group like no other. At least few that I've had the pleasure of being around. And that's all of you........even the ones that I haven't met face to face with yet. So? Tell me what you think. And I'm fukin serious. Oh HELL NO! I ain't trusting the luggage monkeys with any of my stuff. Especially with NFA items. Besides.....you have any idea what it would cost to ship a gangbox full of rifles and ammo to AZ from the hood of MD (Reagan or BWI)? Plus...the sheer dollar value of what's crammed into that aforementioned gangbox. I ain't bragging or nothing, but that's a $hitload of dough that I cram into that box. Hell....6+ of it is probably just glass/optics alone, and another 4 in cans. Then you add in the actual weapons? I ain't checking that at any airport. Unless the bird has a giant 308AR emblem on the side of that krylon black, beat up C-17 that Doc traded for that microphone way back when (and pissed Jon off). There's a reason I don't like to let it outta my sight until we're out in the middle of the desert (getting drunk of course).

Jesus! Buying a 6K rifle for this crowd to play with wasn't enough? That Fuker goes for around 11 grand. I looked at them once, and then just figured that I'd have somebody spotlight the target instead. Cheaper than that fukin FLIR. Hey now. The Nightforce was only around 17. Don't go making stuff up FUKER! I see what you're doing. And the expensive bipod was a gift from some low life, rat bastards that I know. I wouldn't necessarily be against that. I'm comfortable with my manhood. Besides.....pants down hugs are really gay unless you maintain eye contact. And I'll do it again come the fall. AND....I think that Kate has already said that she'd be dumb enough to do it again. And that's after she just helped her brother (my son Jon) drive cross country to Reno, where he just moved to with his old lady and kids. On a similar note. I read a story and saw an interview (with the CFO I think) where Bank of America (of all names) is going to stop offering any lines of credit to weapons manufactures who sell "assault style weapons" to the public. So basically, all of them. After reading that, I sold off the last 300 shares of BofA stock out of the brokerage account and rolled it over into another banks' stock. Made me kinda glad that I've been slowly selling off that original larger position in them over the last six months as their stock price climbed. I also fired off an email to them (not that it'll make a difference to them), explaining why I refused to invest in their institution any longer. Banks shouldn't be trying to influence policy. Even though we all know that they've always been doing it all throughout history. In the neck with Bank of America.
