^^^^^ Definitely! Show the rest of the scum what happens when you cross that line.

Look at him.......throwing out all these fancy words. F-ing show-off.
-
You too? I happen to know a guy also.
-
I'm in too. I've always said that I'd give away parts to friends, before I'd ever sell them. I'm always willing to dig through the parts bins for the cause.

Here I am, over here minding my own bidness, and here comes a kidney punch outta nowhere. You know, there's other people that you can harass around here.

Uhhhh...........Pics? I'm liking the thought of an FNX-45. It's in the running against that Kimber I've been eye-fukin. -
My money is on Rene. I'll always back my wingman. Even sober.

Ahh. So you went and got the Kimber. Good man my friend. -
Dude! Which one? We had a pile of rifles when we were all out there last November. Seriously though (kinda). As others have said, pretty much different rifles for different situation/purposes. As an example: A suppressed 300 BLK SBR for short range "quiet" work. A very effective, and scary Hollywood quiet, weapon for short to mid-range area clearing/securing. A Daniels MK18 SBR. A DAMN fine and proven weapon for kicking in doors and clearing smaller confined areas. Coupled with the ability to still stretch out to medium range targets with some pretty good accuracy. An Armalite AR-10 SBR. Screw kicking in the door. Just shoot right through it....or the wall next to it......and the wall on the other side of the room. Still very maneuverable, and still pretty accurate for medium range work as well. An Armalite AR-10 SASS. Capable of being suppressed, and VERY capable of long range work. This is just a handful of different configurations that can be built (or bought), but have very different applications. It all depends on what an individual plans to do with said rifle. As Edgecrusher pointed out, Different work calls for different configurations. And with the crowd that we have around here, we pretty much cover all of the bases for different configs and purposes of AR's, large frame or the smaller AR-15 frame. Along with many different calibers.

Welcome aboard.

I'm with Tom on this one. Shoot the legs out from under that bastard, then move on from there.

Now, you should know as well as anyone that it doesn't take much around here. -
Yeah.....we're desperately trying to catch up to the new England states, as well as the left coast.

Now......you know that I'm ALWAYS lurking in the background somewhere. Mister....................................... -
God DAMN this $hit gives me an ice cream headache. Big middle finger to the PC, social justice crowd.

I'll never understand the magazine bans. These people obviously don't understand how any of these weapons actually function. As far as the syrup.......I don't eat any sweet stuff. Not counting what's brewed into beer that is. IN THE NECK!

Great minds think alike my brother. Damn....you're in Miss these days huh? You DO get around my friend.

Yeah, I hear ya brother. The more modern pistols break down for cleaning and maintenance a lot more easier than the old 1911's. But I'm kinda fixated on that TLE model. It just looks downright sexy to me. Especially since it comes factory threaded. Besides.....my old Springfield 1911 (early 1970's model) needs a roommate after all this time. Go figure. And I'm not really a pistol guy. -
^^^^^^ EXACTLY what he just said.

Been a while...BUT............................................................. So I went stumbling through the door of my local gun pusher today. It's been quite some time since I bought anything, and I had the itch. I was pretty bent on getting me a Kimber 1911. I've been eyeballin the TLE series over the interwebs lately. And they even have a threaded version for suppressors. WELL I'M IN! Or so I thought. Turns out........he's not a Kimber dealer. FUK ME! He tried to offer me up a Dan Wesson. I said nope. He tried to offer me up a SIG. I said nope. He even tried to lead me down the road of Wilson Combat. Once again......I held fast.....I stood my ground and simply said.....nope (DAMN, he knows me too well). After all.....I want what I want right? I hadn't been eye-fukin this TLE for nothing right? Well.....in the end......I lost out. No KImber for me today. BUT.......I'll just have to search out one from somewhere, and end up just doing the transfer through him. That sucks because I'd rather do the business through him, to help support his shop. But.....it is what it is. And in the end, he doesn't mind if I have to stray outside the confines of his little (gun porn) oasis. He's just happy if I get exactly what I'm looking for. And as usual, he's more than happier to do the transfer for me. Now......that being said. I still didn't make it outta there completely unscathed. After all.....I was there to spend some hard earned, American Presidents on paper. So, with a glance, I look over into his optics case. And wouldn't you know it. I've been thinking about a small 1x4 type of optic for one of my SBR's for quite some time. Low and behold, there....right in front of me (with cash BURNING in my pocket) is a little Sig 1x4x24 Tango series optic. Well....I was surprised....non-plussed even, that this little gem would fall right at my feet when I thought that I was looking down the barrel of failure for the day. AND....this little baby would only come in at $600 bucks, compared to the NIghtforce one that I would've gotten (that he would've easily sold me, if he had had it in the case). HA! One for me I simply pointed at it and said..."Oh, I'll take the glass while I'm here by the way". Him and his other guy simply laughed with a "we knew that you'd take something" kinda laugh. School girl giggle maybe. PRICKS! Anyway....I digress. So the Sig glass came home with me. But the dirty rotten sum-bitches were all outta ADM mounts! Can you believe that? The first time that I stumble through the door in almost a year.....and they're outta QD mounts for me? WELL.....The GALL of some people. I knew that I hated them for some reason. So this little baby is slated for my DSA FAL OSW (WOW...too many acronyms). Basically.....my 11" FAL. And she'll be coming to the fall shoot so that all of us degenerates can get some time with her. Not sure why she hasn't made the trip to AZ yet. I think the gun box has been fully allotted the previous times. But she'll be with me this fall, just so I have something different besides the same-old same-old SBR's, suppressors, AR-10 SASS and the MRAD. So.....with that.....I told them that I'd be back soon. It's been too long since I've been through there just to Fuk with the fella's. SO.....the internet search for that Kimber begins......................................................... Carry on ladies. As you were. R2 (pics to follow when mount is acquired for "said" SBR)

That's perfect Larry.
