Works been insane long story for a different time. I was able to get away to go to Oshkosh this year on Wednesday July 24th. I’ve been many of times as a kid and an adult. This year may have been the best one I’ve been too, I got to see the A10 demo team (their last year of flight sadly), the f35 demo team, the f22 demo team (that thing is retarded! It does shit a jet shouldn’t beable to do!), the Canadian snow birds stopped in, the blue angles did a fly by on their way to Fargo, and there was a thunder bird and a f16viper demo team fight. Also got to see the only flying Lancaster bomber flying in NA and a spitfire and hurricane fly which was a first for me Oh and I got to stand at the flight line and watch the Duluth air guard do Preflight check, pilot gear up and start up of an f16 taxi and then take off

Got my second OTF auto today. Started following EK knives on Instagram a year or so ago they have a lot of really nice stuff most way more expensive than I could ever phantom but still nice to window shop. Last fall around my birthday I decided I was going to buy myself an OTF auto, I’ve always wanted one but paying pistol money for a knife was somthing I couldn’t ever justify! I came across Kershaw’s and got that for myself and found it on EK’s website, which may have been a bad choice (they’re a great company) but now I was getting their weekly mailer. Last week I was browsing and came across this microtech mini hera II. I’d always wanted a micro tech, the blade was what I wanted and the price was where I liked. it’s a really nice knife, smaller than my kershaw but not to small, very smooth and fast, trigger is lighter than the kershaw too. I’ve yet to carry it yet but one thing I love about my kershaw is the canted clip, between that and the light weight I can hardly tell it’s there and never gets hung up when I reach in my pocket for somthing

May I ask what the difference is between my own device and one supplied by my employer tracking/listening and steeling my data is? Seems pretty tomato/potato to me……. i get your point, but

This is the 100% truth, the other day I was texting someone about how I was thinking of getting a new bed, few hours later scrolling thru both fb and instagram I had adds for three or four different beds. It’s even scarier when it’s something you and your buddy are talking about in person and it pops up. I just heard a guy say on a podcast “who knew companies would profit this much just on something as simple as peoples data” hell your rewards card for the grocery store or gas station does the same exact thing. I have a card for a local gas station chain we have our fleet card there and that’s also where I fill my truck. Every 15th visit I get 5¢ off a gallon, if I buy things in the store like 2 8oz redbull or a sandwhich and a drink what ever the special is I can get 5-20¢ off a gallon. Right now I’m sitting on like 25¢ per gallon. At the end of the year they send you your stats, how many visits, how many different store, how many gallons of gas, most popular purchase. They don’t tell you that just for your knowledge they’re taking it and saying this 40 something male does this and this 60 something female does this and that 34 year old female does that. its all data farming, some minuscule with a little pay off, some disturbing

Fuck pay pal when it was uncovered that they were going to fine people for saying things on social media then back peddled I paid off my credit and don’t use it anymore FUCK THEM IN THE NECK!!!

yea I coated everything when I first got it.

Damn I can’t believe it’s been over a year since I posted this. anyways in the pod he mentions using CLR to clean baffles. I finally remembered to get some and cleaned mine today from the fall shoot. I’m very impressed. Soaked them in a stainless bowl and almost instantly you can see the carbon coming off. Pulled each baffle out wiped with a paper towel set aside then wiped everything down with a thin coat of @JBMatt’s oil and reassembled. Worked a lot better than soaking in hopps

Sorry for the late reply, I run the banish 300 gold on my .308AR (adjustable gas block) .556 and my ARAK21 (adjustable gas block) and they all have ran flawlessly, of course with the proper care and cleaning
