I was unable to tell if he made his statement with relief or sadness, or perhaps a mixture of both. “I could be wrong, but I don’t think there’s much time left, if I am interpreting certain information and actions correctly.” Who’s in the White House? My source looked at me and posed a question I did not expect: Do you know who is in the White House?” I was uncertain if he meant who was present there now, or if he was talking in a more general sense knowing that he has followed my research on Barry Soetoro (a/k/a Barack Hussein Obama II), so I asked him for clarification. I thought it was a fair request. With that, he became visibly agitated and had a look in his eyes I’ve never seen before. “You can’t answer that [expletive deleted] question. Trust me, few can, and those who can won’t, because they’re either part of the ‘royal round table’ or they’re gutless [expletive deleted].” Based on his agitated state, I was careful with what I said next. I told him that we’ve covered this matter very comprehensively, adding that Obama’s dog’s papers are more valid than Obama. I told him that he was correct in that we both know that we do not know Obama’s legal name or his actual parental lineage I began to verbally list the various inconsistencies with his identify, at which point he stopped me with a raise of his hand. “Enough,” he stated and apologized for his previous outburst. “We both know the guy is a an imposter, a ‘Manchurian Candidate,’ and he’s there to do a job, implement a very specific agenda. And he’s not planning to leave until that job is done, the agenda completed,” stated my source. “It’s no accident, his lack of history, lack of bona fides. It’s all about his lack of allegiance to our country and the Constitution that ‘43’ called just a ‘G-d damned piece of paper. And Bush was an American President, at least on paper. Where does Obama call home?” Where does his allegiance lie? That’s what the eligibility brouhaha is all about and why it’s so important, but hardly ‘anybody gets it.’ When he said he was a citizen of the world, those were not just words, but an admission of sorts. And fundamental change and transformation, that’s what it’s all about.” What’s the agenda? Our conversation turned to the agenda of the person in the White House. Short on time, my source stated that the current resident of the White House has been tasked to implement a “robust agenda of change” using the agencies and government infrastructure previously created for him. “He’s been instructed to fully remove ‘God, guns and guts’ from America and Americans, to neuter our military, bankrupt our country, and force everyone into dependency through a well-planned economic disaster that was crafted long before he stepped foot into the Oval Office. The financial crash of September 2008 was one such well planned economic terrorist attack. It had the blessing of many bankers and politicians in the U.S. and now I’m finding, some overseas. It was an important part of the framework given to Obama to ‘grease the wheels’ for a complete financial collapse. And I’m sad to say that a lot of people I once thought were on our side played an important role in setting us up – all of us.” “The objective, or the agenda, is much bigger than I think anyone can comprehend,” stated my source. “It’s global in nature, and it involves other governments, communist governments,” he added. It’s evil in its simplicity. It’s to destroy our country from within and take away our ability to fight what’s coming. It’s to change our way of life, and he’s got the people in place to do it, at least for the most part. And forget about the Republicans versus the Democrats, because nearly all of them are all playing for the same team. Both sides have helped to get us to this point. They’ve allowed Communists to enter every government institution inside the beltway, and just about everyone let it happen, helped it happen or watched it happen.” “But O- I cannot even bring myself to call him by name anymore, and as we talked before, we’re not even sure what his real name is, made some serious mistakes, or became lazy and began enjoying his lifestyle a little too much. Not sure which, maybe both. His international handlers have been upset with him because it set the whole timetable back. And this is where I can offer you information about what’s going on at DHS, because it’s DHS that is tasked to be the enforcers. It’s like the old military saying, ‘hurry up and wait,’” said my source. The Plan “Look,” stated my source, “I’ve been told that the people with the real power are using the guy in the White House to implement the whole globalist power structure thing. They made certain that they had someone in the White House to go along and implement certain things by executive order, appointments, and other methods to bring about the deconstruction of the U.S., and making our Constitution irrelevant, or at least subservient to international law. I can’t say I know this for sure because it’s all second hand, but it makes sense from my perspective at DHS,” he added. “Remember when I told you about DHS planning a response for chaos, civil war, rioting, insurrection or whatever you want to call it? Well, that’s not happening fast enough, and there are people who don’t think it can be accomplished in one term. That’s why a second term is critical, and that’s why there’s desperation sinking in. Napolitano is corresponding a lot with the White House, to Valerie Jarrett, to the Secret Service, and to others I won’t name. But there is some plan in place to assure the reelection of this guy so he can finish the job he was given,” he said. “We’re talking about something taking place to make sure that Obama stays in office. I’ve been privy to ‘contingency plans’ ordered by Jarrett for one that defines the protocol for DHS response to the ‘temporary suspension of U.S. elections due to international and domestic crisis.’ It’s a real document, ordered by Jarrett and contains plans for travel restrictions, gun possession ban by citizens, and in general, ‘martial law.’” “You know, I heard rumors about the same thing under Bush and laughed, calling it conspiracy nonsense. Now I’m not so sure, and think that maybe it was just too early and the wrong person. Anyway, I’m not laughing anymore.” “Also, there are some mid-level people beginning to question the orders they are receiving. There’s a lot of talk, questions being asked now by a few people in key DHS positions about what is taking place, and that’s making Napolitano and the White House very nervous. Anyone who questions the ‘militarization’ going on is either transferred out or given [expletive deleted] assignments.” Disturbances I asked if the plans could be disrupted, changed or if anything posed a valid threat to the agenda. My source responded: “The Arpaio investigation hit on something critical. I don’t know what it is, and maybe they’re holding something back, whatever happened in the last 2 or 3 months really upset things, got some people scrambling. The White House, and again, Jarrett, ordered ‘Justice’ to turn up the heat against Sheriff Arpaio.” “It’s interesting how the media has laid down and not reported on this investigation. There have been threats made, and not so subtle ones, either.” “Also, ‘Fast and Furious’ is huge and leads right to the White House and ‘State,’ but according to my sources, won’t be an issue because the politicians in charge of the investigations have been compromised and threatened. Napolitano knows everything about Fast and Furious and is working with Holder to impede the investigations. She’s using her political clout. But damage control had taken time and a toll,” added my source. In the end, though, I don’t think there’s enough to stop a second term. After getting new counsel his trial has been delayed until at least mid Jan. Dear Brother Oath keepers: My name is Sgt. Charles A. Dyer. Some of you night know me under the call sign of July 4 Patriot. I am an 8 year veteran of the United States Marine Corps and the Iraq war. I am an infantryman with dual honorable discharges and no criminal record. I have taken the oath to support and defend the constitution of the United States on several occasions. But it wasn’t until after 7 years of service that I actually understood what than meant. On April 19, 2009 on Lexington Green, MA., I took the oath for the first time, knowing full well the weight of taking the oath. I swore on the very battleground that the war for our independence started on that I would give my life if need be to insure that my posterity could enjoy the freedom that God granted them and the founders of this great nation attempted to secure. I stood with hundreds of my brothers and sisters as we gave birth to a fledgling organization known as Oathkeepers. Since that day, I have had the pleasure of watching it grow. I have watched through good times and bad. Even as it has been labeled as a right-wing extremist, seditious, militia organization. Many people are bothered by these allegations but I find a simple pride in it. Not because there is any truth to these outrageous claims but because Oathkeepers is seen as enough of a threat to tyranny to spend resources to counter it. Enough so that these lies have been spread on mainstream media by the SPLC and other groups attempting to defame Oathkeepers’ true intent and mission. Those who can truly call themselves an Oathkeeper, know what that intent and mission is. Those who cannot, may never know and will likely continue to attack what you stand for. You must never give up and you must continue to push forward as brothers in arms in the name of insuring tyranny never overpowers us on our own soil. The reason for me to write this letter to Oathkeepers is 3-fold. I wish to tell a little about what has happened to me since I began standing up for the Constitution, to ask my brothers in arms for assistance, and to inform you all that there things happening behind closed doors that endangers the very fabric of our society and Constitution. I have been fighting my own battles against tyranny for nearly two years now. My will to fight is as strong as ever, but my ability to continue is waning as I am now approximately $70,000 in debt. I would have to write a book to explain everything that has transpired, so I will only include the bare minimum that I can to keep the context of events. In February of 2009, I started making videos on the internet, speaking out against the corruption of our government. I was still on active duty, so I was forced to cover my face and conceal my identity. As I moved closer to the end of my contract, I became more and more outspoken. Most of my speeches and videos can be found at http://www.Youtube.com/july4patriot. By the summer of 2009 I had traveled to several states to speak about OK and our duties to defend the Constitution. I spoke regularly on a few radio shows and was also part of the documentary done by VBS.TV. By November, 2009 I had caught the attention of someone that apparently saw me as a threat. Because of my current legal litigation, I am forced to be fairly vague from here. I became the target of a sting operation to trick me into unknowingly accept an illegal item in 2009. Two months later in January 2010, rape allegations were made against me by my estranged wife and I was arrested. This allowed police to enter my home to search for DNA evidence. The allegations were bogus, so no incriminating DNA evidence was found. However, they did “discover” a 40 mm grenade launcher in my home. This is when I learned how close to our door that the wolf of tyranny really is. By the end of that day, agents Gene Poole of the FBI had pulled me in and out of an interrogation room several times, had lied to me about the amount of time I was facing in prison, had threatened to arrest my girlfriend on false charges if I refused to cooperate, and had made it very clear why I had actually been arrested when he laughed at me when he left the room and said, “I guess July4Patriot won’t be making any speeches anytime soon.” The FBI also seized a speech that I was working on and the mask I wore in my early videos. Neither had any bearing on the charges and both were seized without warrants. My girlfriend was detained for 8 hours that day and refused access to her daughter until Child Protective Services (CPS/DHS) decided that it was okay. The next day my girlfriend was detained and threatened that she could lose her daughter if she didn’t give permission to the FBI to come into the home and take the grenade launcher without a warrant. Of course she complied out of fear. The day after that, the FBI entered my home without a warrant or permission and removed every firearm that I owned. Agent Poole then proceeded to threaten my 67-year-old mother that they would “make enough charges” to put her son away for 40 years if she failed to cooperate. Agent Poole came again and pulled me into the interrogation room. He told me that he spoke to his “Higher Up” and that he could make “all of this go away” if I would “reintegrate into the militia and complete a list of objectives over a 1 or 2 year period”. I refused and he decided to make me pay for it. This brings us to the Federal trial. Agent Gene Poole falsified statements on a Grand Jury indictment, resulting in charges being filed. I was denied bail when the US Attorney, Andre Caldwell, lied to a judge about a non-existent militia underground and agent Bret Williams of the ATF lied to the judge about me possessing an illegal silencer that he had already inspected and confirmed was a toy. I spent 3 months in a Federal detention facility and was charged with failing to register a destructive device. The US attorney waited until the trial was near and then gave me a plea bargain, known in reality as a threat. I was told that if I say I was guilty, I would be home in 6 months. If I refused, I would a spend a minimum of 7 years in prison. I very disrespectfully rejected the plea and invoked my right to a speedy trial. The US Attorney informed me that the Federal government wins over 98% of their cases and I stood no chance of winning against them. He obviously didn’t feel very confident, because an inmate by the name of Eric McCustin was offered time off from his sentence if he would testify that I had confessed to him. Caldwell presented this to me, just days before the trial. All of the lies and deceit fell through and agent Pool got caught lying on the stand. I was found not guilty. After the Federal trial I was charged with child sex abuse by the State of Oklahoma. During the preliminary hearing, the state also decided to recharge me with the 40 mm that I had been found not guilty of. I was released on a $150,000 bond and reunited with my family. Within 20 hours, Abigail Wilson of DHS was on my doorstep telling me that I wasn’t allowed to be alone with children. Several times over the next five months, DHS and deputies forced their way into my home and attempted to catch me violating their orders. There was no sign of abuse with my girlfriend’s daughter and I was complying with DHS. This was a problem for the DA as he needed to get my girlfriend, my lead witness, out of the state. He had DHS demand that I take a 2 year sex predator class. In order to pass the class, an admission of guilt must be made to the therapist. Since I refused to admit to something I didn’t do, the DA filed to have a court hearing to remove her child on the grounds that I refused the “voluntary” services. We spent months studying the law and showed up to the hearing with several instances of case law showing they couldn’t remove her child as well as audio taped evidence that DHS falsified documents. Judge Russell of the Stephens County courthouse denied the hearing, saying that if he had to hear our evidence, he would automatically have her daughter removed. He demanded that she sign a “voluntary” agreement to never allow her daughter to see me again. We protested the denial of due process and the judge cussed me. We had no choice but to agree unless she wanted to lose her daughter that day. We sent her daughter 900 miles to TN so they couldn’t say she was in danger, we refused to sign paperwork, and demanded due process. The judge then signed an order to steal her daughter, the sheriff’s department threatened me that they would “turn this into Ruby Ridge” and kill me if they had to. DHS kidnapped her daughter, brought her back to Oklahoma, and held her for 28 days, refusing to allow her mother to see her until she signed an agreement to leave the state and never return with her daughter. She was escorted to the state line. Abigail Wilson then proceeded to tell me that I could never have a family again for the rest of my life, even after I am found not guilty. She stated that DHS/CPS would follow me to any state I ever moved to and insure I am reported as a child predator to state agencies. She informed me that DHS/CPS operates outside of the scope of the Constitution and they have the right to circumvent a jury verdict, the law, and the Constitution is they suspect a child “may” come to harm in the “future”. The pretty much would allow them to take a child from any home they choose. The next step on the road to tyranny against me, other than the state openly lying in court and covering up evidence that helps prove my innocence, was when Jason Hicks (D.A.) attempted to revoke my bond on 2 reasons. The first was because I made “derogatory” statements about the FBI, judges, DHS, law enforcement, much like the statements in this letter. The second reason was a complete lie contrived by Jason Hicks. Paraphrasing it “Mr. Dyer and two unidentified individuals cased the courthouse. When approached by law enforcement, Mr. Dyer stated that he was looking for his lost dog”. The motion then stated that I am a threat to the community because of my actions. The police officer took the stand and was questioned by the judge. He testified that yes he had seen me, I was completely alone, no officer ever approached me, and I was simply walking on the sidewalk. My attorney then informed the judge that I had an appointment to see my attorney across the street from the courthouse that day. If you think we live in a country that is not losing freedom, THINK AGAIN!! Thankfully the judge had mercy on this poor peasant of the state because he didn’t arrest me for walking on a public sidewalk, he only trampled my first 1st amendment by telling me I would go to jail if I made more videos. I would be jailed for telling what they were doing to me, basically. After completing my next trial, the jury was unable to come up with a verdict and a mistrial was declared. There were 2 undercover male and 2 female FBI agents in my court proceedings and agent Ken Western stood outside of the courthouse telling people that I was guilty. He was lying to them about the DNA evidence. We have 2 affidavits proving this as well as audio proof that Western knew there was no such evidence. 3 days before my next trial, someone burned my house down while I was away. Before I even knew my house had burned, the FBI were investigating it. Once again they had no jurisdiction or interest in a state problem, but once again, here they were. I had a court hearing where I pleaded for a 1 week continuance because I had lost everything I owned except the clothes on my back. I didn’t even have a suit for trial now. I was denied and ordered to start trial at the beginning of the next business day. At this point my 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, and 8th, amendments had been trampled stripped completely, the FBI were violating jurisdiction and falsifying paperwork to arrest me, someone had tried to burn my house down and possibly kill me, I was a suspect in the arson, I had no possessions left on the face of the planet, the state refuses to ensure I have a fair/unbiased trial, and the court refuses a simple week continuance so I can at least get a new suit. Needless to say, I was pushed to the edge and afraid for my life. I skipped town and missed my trial date. Normally a warrant would be issued and they wait for you to turn up somewhere. This is another instance that should raise questions because a Federal warrant was issued and a nationwide manhunt involving 10 law enforcement divisions, including the FBI, began. Within a week, SWAT teams were busting in doors as far east as Florida and running operations in Texas. One of the FBI SWAT teams caught up with me in Texas and surrounded me in a parking lot. They came at me with rifles drawn and I know they would have no problem with killing me and making it look like I provoked them so I ran and evaded them for 5 days until the guy that burned my house down was arrested and I was able to find local law enforcement to surrender to. So now here I sit waiting for a show-trial, where the prosecution is allowed to hide evidence, lie, and mislead a jury while I have my hands tied and I am not even allowed to introduce evidence to clear my name without it being twisted or denied all together. The most tragic part of my story is that I’m not alone. I wish I were. This is happening to American citizens on a daily basis. If you think you can’t be stomped out for speaking the truth, please look into my situation to see that you are sadly mistaken. It’s crucial that the American people wake up and realize that tyranny rears its head in many forms. My life has been completely destroyed by the tyranny of injustice from our legal system, and rogue government officials. My God given rights have been stripped by a government that uses the color of law to do anything they wish. This letter doesn’t even present half of what they have done to my family and I. Whether you might be able to send a dollar to my defense fund, a prayer to God above, or help make others aware of what happens behind the smoke and mirrors of our justice system, I ask you to do something, anything. Ooooookay so this weekend I spent alot of time at the loading station. I have loaded up a spread of groups with the 168 Amax and CFE223. My starting group is 46.6 gns CFE and ending group is 48.7 gns. The increments of charge weight is .3 grains this time. The brass was all weight sorted into 3 round groups. Actually that was very easy weight sorting them as this new batch of Winchester brass was very good with a tight weight variable, like 158.# to 161.4 gns. I was able to sort groups of 3 with extremely minimal compromise. All bullets are sunk to an OAL of 2.800" all verified and perfect. Neck tension is .004" (thanks for that calc seasprite <thumbsup> ) Remington #9 1/2 LRP The one deviant this time is trim lengths are mostly how I got them. 2.004", a few at 2.0035" & some at 2.005". I trimmed a couple that were over 2.005". I loaded another ladder test using the 178 gn Amax's I have. Same specs as above only the bullet is different. Starting charge weight of CFE223 for this test is 44.4 gns and ending at 46.2 gns. .3 gn increments. I thought I might bring it all to the range tomorrow, Monday, but I just ordered something that will be very useful from now on and I think I would be better to wait for it to arrive <munch> When I do make it to the range we'll see if I shoot the 178 gn Amax loads. I will have a lot to do anyway so I'll see how I feel when I get to that point. But I am very looking forward to those 178's too.

Yeah, Magpul recommends Slash's Heavy Buffer be used in the UBR. Thats the setup I have and I have no complaints at all. I use the CAR 10-XH 6.5 oz buffer w/moded Armalite spring from Slash. Well I do have one complaint, that thing is expensive but l ate it anyway. If you go UBR you should do it, IMHO. GET THAT ULTRAMATCH!!!

THIS!! Complete disarmament of the United States Citizenry. This is their main goal now. In their eyes anything less than that would be a failure and obstacle to their ultimate goals. I have a good idea what those goals are, and I will not participate in slavery and genocide... Furthermore the timing of this theater incident is just too perfectly in favor of the globalists agenda. I didn't do questionnaire. But what I want around here where I live is a shop where I can walk in and get all the reloading supplies I need, i.e. powders, primers, bullets & cases of all types. Although for me that would only include .45 Colt, .44 Remington mag & .308 Winchester. And a good selection of the tools too. Cleaning supplies. Sometimes I wonder about opening my own business just catering to things like that. No firearms legal b.s. to deal with. California would laugh at me if I tried that. Could do uppers though :) We'll see if they really do try and ban all our guns, and who wins the war after that......

I'm sorry to hear that, seasprite. I bet hot day had a part in that. I shoot crummy groups and I figure most of that is me, though. This summer so far has been pretty mild & comfortable here in the SF Bay Area, we hardly ever use the AC in the house, very unusual, there has been a few waves of heat. Now that I said that it will probably get hot. I'm thinking of getting a scope for the range so I can see much better just what the heck I'm trying to shoot at. I should just do it. Thinking of the SWFA SS 16x42 fixed for $299. Or maybe the 12x42 <dontknow>

I wish I had a Cabela's. So I prepped some of the new stuff and loaded a ladder test starting at 46.6 and ending 48.7. This time my charge weight increments are .3 grains and the groups are 3 rounds each, I took seasprite's advise on that. I think I'll load something else with CFE so I can pre test the chrony. It occurred to me load up a few groups with the 178 Amax I have, just a few on the low pressure end, would you chaps like that? Hopefully chrony isn't stupid again. I'll probably go to range on Monday. Monday ain't many peeps there so it's much easier to set up chrony and concentrate.

I have my new Winchester brass, looks good. Time to get back to work....

The H4895 I have not but I have read from lots of others that have. Seems to do pretty well for them. Good chance it will for you. Let us know ;)
