got off work and went straight to the store looking for butt. all I got was a cold shoulder π€ 4 lbs and i have a lp grill. Smoked is my goal? soaking some hickory chips overnight and marinating in the rub. Figure its a minimum 6 hours at 200*?? fabing a wood chip burner/ basket next. what should i look for at 200-250* at 4 lbs time wise? I might do a brown sugar over the top if thats advised? do you rotate during the cook or leave it as is for the duration? @shepp @Sisco @washguy @DNP
