did a long day a grilling and chilling. Sholder pulled at 5:50 hrs/min at 203* smoked was a bit of a pain in the ass.. but it made a day of it. bark is there not to big and crusty like I like it. letting it sit in a cooler while i grill some corn👍 3hrs in..

Smoked is my goal? soaking some hickory chips overnight and marinating in the rub. Figure its a minimum 6 hours at 200*?? fabing a wood chip burner/ basket next. what should i look for at 200-250* at 4 lbs time wise? I might do a brown sugar over the top if thats advised? do you rotate during the cook or leave it as is for the duration? @shepp @Sisco @washguy @DNP
